ruined a bday party yesterday.. told us when we called ahead that they could seat 12 but at first we had 13 and because 2 were children she said they could accommodate us. got to the restaurant and was told only 10 could be seated together so they would have to split up our party, insisted it was company policy and even though we were told differently on the phone and most of the party was there from Asheville and SC they still could not accommodate us.. what happened to restaurants...read full review
Our first visit was today. The food was amazing and the Manager that was working the afternoon was amazing. The Manager stepped up and came our waitress she filled our drinks and brought our bill. Our Waitress we had was horrible she never once refilled our drinks. She only took our order and delivered it to us. We did leave a tip which should go to the Manager. We will visit again just hope we have a different waitress.
Think I got sick off Cesar Salad and when I called manager said- it’s not the chicken. No apology or offer to correct it. 👎🏻

J.R. Cash's Grill & Bar offers a great atmosphere, perfect for a Saturday outing. The bar serves excellent drinks, such as the Blue Motorcycle and Liquid Marijuana. The food is a mixed bag, with some dishes like chicken tenders being recommended, but others being subpar and overpriced. However, the restaurant has the potential to be a great spot for a night out with some improvements. The outside seating is great, and the Cash's punch is a must-try. The potato skins and Cash's burger are fantastic. The food is good, and the drinks are really tasty, including the recommended Pomegranate Martini. The manager has been known to step up and provide excellent service when the waitstaff falls short.
