Went here specifically for a menu item- they had run out.
Ordered something else- waited entirely too long only to be served cold food.
Waited another 20 mins and after no sign of warm food, I just told them never mind.
Our server was nice and professional, though.
Never heard from a manager or got any sort of resolution. So I am leaving to go eat somewhere else.

Our bar tender Brittany was absolutely amazing. She took great care of us, never let our glass get empty, and very personable. As always, the kitchen staff was spot on and work hard to complete their orders.
On another note. The female in the picture was the definition of rude. The way she spoke to the new employee was very belittling. Talking negative and expressing her concerns of his mistakes in front of customers is the first no no. Without a doubt get off the high horse and train employees the way you expect to be treated. Feel free to reach out if you need an explanation on hospitality.

It was a really chill place to be it's great for like a one on one intimate affair or like group event the burgers where great bacon was cooked perfect for me.

We sat on the patio. Service was a little slow because there seemed to be only a couple of wait staff. Atmosphere made the wait worth it. Server was friendly and the food was awesome.

Great Footlong Nathan's Hot Dogs!!! Had been looking for a good place to get a Dog! Fried or Grilled with various topping from plain to exotic!!! Haven't had a chance to try much yet! I will be back to try most all of it eventually!!! Gotta check out the Mac n Cheese options too! Jack Mac was good albeit a touch to spicy for myself! But can imagine how good the rest will Be!!
Parking: Street-side with large sidewalk among other businesses! Good Luck with the Parallel Parking! Lol

This place is Super clean like even during rushes it's still super clean. They have $4 mimosas for weekend brunch. Friendly patrons, bartender's are ok. They forgot the bacon but brought it right away last time I was there for brunch. Food was Luke warm at best and really greasy. Steak omelette was ok should've gotten the western omelette. The biscuits and gravy came with 2 big split Biscuits they were ok soft and fluffy. Gravy was very basic even for me. It was very lackluster and needed a lot of seasoning and flavor. The breakfast potatoes were really good but not nearly enough. Buffalo Chicken sandwich was good comes w pickle on side.

I really like this place but today was awful I ordered my food and when I got it, it was wrong I told the waitress and she handled it great BUT the kid that was supposedly cooking came out basically called me a liar and the food is what it was supposed to be. I order this all the time and this was the second time this happened but the first time it was resolved with no issues. my opinion is that the kid with the attitude shouldn't be working with public, I'm extremely unsatisfied

Shout out to Nathan. On an extra busy night with downtown Mt Holly having a block party his attitude and customer service was top-notch. Jack Beagle’s can handle a crowd.

This place is almost perfect. Two sides to the restaurant (choose your atmosphere). The food is fantastic. The service was great. Chairs are comfortable. And, for the first time, I have found a beer I like.

I used to like going here haven’t been in a while something has changed. Sat down got our drinks quick placed an order took probably about 30 minutes for the food to get to the table. Then only half my food was brought out cold chips and a burger that is subpar at best least it was cold. Seems like people at the bar are waited on better than others. Probably will not be back.
