Its hard to rate jack begals because I've been coming here so long. Im only leaving a review noe because our service was terrible and unprofessional today. our servers nails are extreemly long. And her shorts are sooo short. They are spandex. I wasn't even treated. Just asked what I wanted to drink. I said ill start with a water. She took my food order and never came back till it was time to drop the food. Didnt ask if everything was OK. Dropped my beer off at the table and said nothing just ran off. Dropped the check. What am I tipping for exactly? For running me my food? As far as I am concerned there is no service.

Ordered delivery and the chicken tenders were burnt with the breading falling off and no seasoning and the fries were way too salty. Definitely will not go here again. Tried to call and no one answered.

Went here specifically for a menu item- they had run out.
Ordered something else- waited entirely too long only to be served cold food.
Waited another 20 mins and after no sign of warm food, I just told them never mind.
Our server was nice and professional, though.
Never heard from a manager or got any sort of resolution. So I am leaving to go eat somewhere else.

Our bar tender Brittany was absolutely amazing. She took great care of us, never let our glass get empty, and very personable. As always, the kitchen staff was spot on and work hard to complete their orders.
On another note. The female in the picture was the definition of rude. The way she spoke to the new employee was very belittling. Talking negative and expressing her concerns of his mistakes in front of customers is the first no no. Without a doubt get off the high horse and train employees the way you expect to be treated. Feel free to reach out if you need an explanation on hospitality.

We sat on the patio. Service was a little slow because there seemed to be only a couple of wait staff. Atmosphere made the wait worth it. Server was friendly and the food was awesome.
