New ownership of this cigar lounge. JCSU Alum. Great ventilation system. Comfortable temperature. Friendly members and guests. Ciara is a great host, bartender and manager. She's a rock star. Cut and light events for brand cigar promotions and bourbon promotions as well. There's outdoor seating for those summer evenings. So I was very happy with the service, how well I was treated, the drinks are great, wide variety of cigars available as well with nice cushy chairs and couches, like a fine lounge, warm atmosphere with dim lights, brick interior walls…I wasn’t aware that it’s membership only, so they were kind to me and explained everything to the newbie. Plenty of options.

The new owners Kevin and Cynthia are excellent people, nice, friendly, and interactive with customers and really want to get to know them. Great customer service and the staff are really attentive and walk around asking if there's anything they can do to assist you. 5 stars.
