“My favorite spot in town! The atmosphere is always amazing as well as the staff. I love being able to grab food and to-go cans here as well even if I'm not sticking around to drink. Stephanie has also stocked my favorite wine from time to time (that I can't find anywhere!) and I make sure to grab a bottle whenever I see it in the case!“

“Our first visit was today. The food was amazing and the Manager that was working the afternoon was amazing. The Manager stepped up and came our waitress she filled our drinks and brought our bill. Our Waitress we had was horrible she never once refilled our drinks. She only took our order and delivered it to us. We did leave a tip which should go to the Manager. We will visit again just hope we have a different waitress.“

“Been going here for LSU football watch parties this season. Lots of TVs so good view from almost any seat. Restaurant is pretty new i think. Bar is very clean, accommodating, & good Bar staff. Good food & drinks as well. I'll continue being a patron“

“Ample TV’s to watch the game, great service and good food! What more could you want from a dive bar? One pool table up front, plenty of bar space and high top tables. Space was very clean and nicer than most other dive bars. They had cheap food specials running during the game too.“

“Great place to chill and play pool. No food service, but they don't say no if you want to have something to eat from a restaurant while you drink and play pool.
They do have a poil league and run tournaments. Would like to see a karaoke, band, bingo and maybe a Canvas with Cocktails night.“

“Definitely the best experience for celebrating my family members 40th bday. Ladies came out popping bottles and everything else. The hospitality was incredible and LOUIE LOU was on top of everything. He stayed checking in on our party, gave us complementary wrist bands for our dancers, and even popped the confetti bottle. “The atmosphere and esthetics are a vibe. I can tell they put a lot of effort into the establishment. Customer service and food 8/10. My only complaint is that I was handed over the tap pay machine to pay for my food as soon as I ordered, before I even received my food and drink that I ordered together. If that’s the way they do things, cool. However it was done so quickly I ended up paying right away and leaving an extra tip that I wouldn’t have left had I known gratuity was automatically included. I double tipped without knowing until I later knew something wasn’t right about the totals and asked for a breakdown.Which turned me off from ordering more. Generally, at most lounges you don’t have to ask for a breakdown. The breakdown should be available to you automatically by the waitress, But other than that, it was a vibe. The employees were friendl with pleasant personalities.“

“1) People movers have been broken for months if not years. Not a big deal if you are not changing terminals, but seriously get them fixed. 2) Have been delayed at origination airports for departure to CLT and from CLT to destinations on almost every flight I have taken that involves Charlotte. 3) Taxi times are almost as long as some of the flights out of there and ground crews are rarely ready to send or receive aircraft. Horrible airport. one of the worst in the country.“

“The food and drinks are fine. It is what was expected in an airport. However, where do you get the bar stools? A scrap metal yard? I own night clubs. We buy restaurant equipment at the auctions. The auctioneers would not be able to sell these except for scrap metal value. These are 100 years old, no padding and if you have a 2.5 hour layover like I had, you can sit for 15 minutes before it is more comfortable to just stand up“

“Great neighborhood pub ran by people who care about their customers and treat them.like family. We have met lots of new friend in just a couple visits. Owner/Operators Tim & Connie and their son Archie run a great place and go above and beyond. Great selection of liquors as well as bottled beers and ciders, and four beer on tap. No wine here as Belmont (or Gaston County) require different licensing. Lots of live music on weekends and loads of special events and even impromptu potluck meals. Also plenty of outdoor seating out back. Open Wednesday through Sunday...Late on Friday and Saturday. Come on by and say hello.“

The beer options change out to allow for a good rotation of local selections (not awesome, but always solid). The patio is an ideal space for a summer hang for lazy days overlooking the park or entertaining summer nights in the heart of Main Street listening to the music of Belmont's Friday Night Live events. But by far, the best part about Cornerstone is the service! Everyone from the bartenders, to the wait staff, to the bar back, is customer focused. Possibly the best service on the strip! You will not have a bad experience here!!“
