“This place has a huge selection of spirits and beer. Nice bar and space, with a little bit of outside seating. Awesome bartenders that are very creative, talented and friendly. They don't serve food, but alow you to bring food in. There is a great deli next door along with other places near by. Can't wait to visit again.

Parking: The only downside to this place being located in Southend, parking sucks and it's expensive. Just walk or rideshare so you can have more fun.

“Legion Plaza is always top-tier for us and is definitely one of our favorite spots in the area! We hosted a baby shower on the mezzanine area this past weekend that turned out wonderful. “Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Anju. We started with the seafood pancake which was actually more of a waffle. I prefer the traditional pancake but the waffle was good too. Next we split two entrees. We went with the bulgogi of course because it’s a classic. Also tried the spicy stir fried squid off the pop up menu. Loved this surf and turf combination. The cheesecake was the perfect ending. Great service too!“

Parking: Kinda tough find as well!!! Walk around the building or go up and down the stairs then off to the left!

Kid-friendliness: NO! Wouldn't be a place I would take a kid, but they would be safe and in great company!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Not Really! If really well traveled in a chair maybe but in and electric chair doubtful!!!“

“Cool, down-to-Earth customers at the bar who are fun to hang with. The kitchen gets SEVERELY overwhelmed sometimes and it's basically impossible to get food. Still a place I'd recommend.“

I felt like there could’ve been a bit more meat for the extra 3$ and it’s sorta scrambled in so you don’t really know how much you’ve getting but otherwise very nice experience.“

The bar is timeless and the staff is professional and feels like you’re picking up where you left off with an old friend. The drinks are poured with skill and love. I got recomended from a neighboring barman and the i achieved my own temporary pass (very proud and gratefull) .quiet cozy atmosfere with interesting locals (some veteranos,full a stories and kind friendly staff. All comodities (pool ,music..) and a vast array of beers and spirits. ..made this traveller feel wellcome,almost home! Shame i dont live there. Thanx and hope to make It over there again“

“Such a great find. This place is sleek, sophisticated with a speak easy vibe. I felt like I found a secret treasure in the heart of Uptown. My husband and I decided to stop into the Punch Room for a cocktail and appetizer. The host at the front door was inviting, friendly and welcoming. Kel our mixologist was incredible. He greeted us with a delicious punch sample for me and a mock-tail for my husband! We ordered a charcuterie and fois gras and they were both perfection. This place is a perfect way to start a date night or even make an evening out of it. I cannot wait to go back!“

Bathrooms are close, and local beers are great. Decent bar selections, and you can have a beer to go which was fantastic. Highly recommend.“
