I have been in Thomas Street Tavern several times and, I always order the Tuna steak on a croissant; it is delicious. Tuna steak is hard to find in Charlotte. If you like it, go there. I heard that the chicken wings are very good too. Service and atmosphere are good.
Has a neighborhood feel without distancing itself from visitors. This was my 1st visit. Seemed like a perfect fit for the small group I was with. The bartenders were very accommodating to us as were the rest of the staff. Of course, we needed a group pic taken & Jason was more than happy to handle our two or three phones for the shot(s)! I didn't look @ a menu. What I saw come from the kitchen looked really good ( thats why I didn't rate the food).

Been going to Thomas Street for 10+ years and always have a good time here. It’s such a staple in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood. The drinks are reasonable priced and the food is always on point. Really good bar food! The games in the back are fun and you can always find someone playing ping pong! The bartenders are attentive and the crowd is mostly chill.
