⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Catalina Kitchen + Bar in Charlotte delivered an incredible happy hour tonight. The specials did not disappoint. The crispy Brussels sprouts were a standout with a huge serving and layers of flavor that kept getting better with every bite. The giant heap of Parmesan fries was exactly that… a mountain of hot bistro fries with rich parmesan and truffle aioli. Easily enough for the table.

All was beyond expectations, from the service to the dessert.
Run, do not walk to Catalina. In the 9 months since opening, I have taken 5 or 6 different groups of people - and each time, they fall in love with the ambience, food, cocktails and welcoming staff. The Tuna Poke Bowl is probably may favorite, but it truly changes with each new visit. I promise it will quickly become one of your go-to spots!
