“We moved to Huntersville three years ago and began our search for the best Mexican restaurant in the area and found that at Taxco! We pretty much come here every Sunday after church, so I decided it was time for a review! Service is always great - Cecelia and Itzel are two of the best! Salsa is SO good and we love their choriqueso as well! We've tried a variety of their menu items and they never disappoint. If you like salsa verde, it's a great addition to your meal. The atmosphere is your typical Mexican restaurant, and the food and service are the best!! We love our Taxco friends!“

The bartender was friendly and attentive. There was plenty of room inside and outside. “Nice spot in Birkdale Village it has a really great vibe with the decor and music. The food portions are small but delicious! The only downside is trying to order food through their app we had some issues but the manager and team quickly resolved everything for us. This place is a vibe!“

“Went out to lunch this Monday with my niece and mother and had attempted to go to Kung Foo Noodles not knowing they were closed. My niece then chose Bad Daddys which was thankfully open! Were seated quickly and had drinks come promptly. Our server(Karrie maybe) was on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of. Even offered to go cups for drinks on the hot day when we went to leave. The food was good, came quick and was put together well. Wish we would have tried some sides, as the fried pickles looked good, but it wasn’t cheat day, and if it had been, I would have smashed a shake too. Mom and niece both orders salads, one made to order the other off the menu Greek and both said they liked it - and was large enough that I liked it too - as they couldn’t eat it all!If in Birkdale and looking for a good salad, burger/sandwich, or beer apparently as they have a small bar, I would check out Bad Daddy’s.“

But, the manager is not giving quality service vibes and ignored us for several minutes while we sat at the bar waiting for service (the bartenders were busy helping other patrons). He could have easily said: hey folks, we'll be right with you! But, he continued to talk about basketball with other bar guests.“

“I absolutely loved coming here. I had the most amazing food and it was so amazing. I kept eating more even though my stomach was hurting from being so full. The flavors and everything were on point. The cinnamon churros with ice cream or the tres leches cake are both beautiful ways to end the meal and you can’t go wrong!“
