Great service from Cynthia! Fantastic Chicken & Burger Sandwiches & Beer...worth any waiting as it was Delicious!!!
1) People movers have been broken for months if not years. Not a big deal if you are not changing terminals, but seriously get them fixed.
2) Have been delayed at origination airports for departure to CLT and from CLT to destinations on almost every flight I have taken that involves Charlotte.
3) Taxi times are almost as long as some of the flights out of there and ground crews are rarely ready to send or receive aircraft.
