The Dallas NC location- store #15841, is absolutely disgusting. Not only is their food terrible, but the whole place is filthy! Where they’re prepping and cooking our food is appalling, the play place was so bad Im disappointed in the parents who were letting their children play there. The whole place is covered in trash and grime and I don’t understand how this place is still operating and why no one is doing anything about it!

Ordered a double quarter with cheese, fish and 6 nuggs. Waited at the window for about 3 minutes then told to pull up to a waiting spot that the fish was cooking. Waited there for 30 minutes. Employee came out and asked me what I Ordered. I told her she went back inside. She came out two more times with other cars order. Came back to me 5 minutes later and asked me what I ordered again. Horrible experience food wasn’t right the child and the drive-through was totally disrespectful! I am really over it. I’ve gave them chance after chance to do the right thing and they can’t even get one order right everything’s always cold and nasty. It’s a shame they really give McDonald’s a bad name
