Wow, this restaurant is great! This is the best pizza that I've had in the Charlotte area in a long time. The pizza was loaded down with fresh cut veggies and meats. The crust wasn't wet or soggy in the center of the pizza like a lot of pizza places & the crust didn't fold over while eating it. Very impressed with the quality & the price range of the pizza. I highly recommend giving Papa Sammy's a try.
This place has great potential but it’s lacking in customer service. We went there tonight and have been many times in the past. The food is usually pretty good, but it’s not worth the price and the bad customer service.
I thought the pizza had great flavor and cooked well, it was very greasy however and did not sit well with me or my family if you get what I mean. I did also find a small piece of plastic in the pizza. Hoping it was just a bad day.
