We’ve been to Traust twice now for karaoke nights, both times were great!! We had a birthday dinner there with about 25 people in our party, and Megan held it down!! She did awesome at keeping everyone’s drinks full and taking orders as people rolled in. She was attentive and friendly.

From the outside looking in... OWNERS/GM are very disrespectful, inconsiderate and dishonest. MALE OWNER didn't tip his server while dining in with his family. FEMALE OWNER is rude and dismissive to her employees. GM is rude and unmannerly. Witnessed one manager tell a customer to "Get the **** out if you don't like it!!" as she told [said customer] to calm down. Some servers can't keep up while other servers pick up their slack.
