The food was good. The lady who took our order, her name started with a C, was super sweet. But there were 2 employees in the play place who were making out and looking like it was going to be more than just that. We told a manager and then was glared at and made extremely uncomfortable by those two employees.

I go into the Burger King in Mt Olive NC, I am not greeted when I walk in. There is an employee with their child sitting in a booth feeding them and take my care of them. I place my order and the cook walks out of kitchen yells at another employee, "oh I forgot can you do this?" The product wasn't even out, had to be taken out of freezer and noone said anything to me about it taking 5 minutes, if they had it would've been finebut I am ignored by the employees and stared at by the kitchen staff. Then she sees me getting irritated and makes the comment "if anybody has anything to say these take 4 minutes to cook" They are extremely rude and do not care about their jobs, it's very clear. The employee in kitchen is tall with dark hair and neck tattoo.

The food was super good but the service was very bad asking for the ID which I don't understand why they did it and my dad didn't enjoy the food thanks to that he was not at all happy with the service

I ate a whopper from here. I have been extremely sick for 3 days. An acquaintance of mine also ate a whopper from here yesterday, and he has food poisoning. Eat here at your own risk!

Please tell her that I said Thank you.Because she was the only one who's getting the food N the drinks. While the rest of them are just talking and talking standing there and talking. Please management! Fix this please.

Great service, good food, but they played church - religious elevator music. Seriously, I felt like I was at a funeral.
If I was able to give this a zero rating I would! It seems like every time you go through the drive-thru they messed up your meal. I ordered a six piece chicken nugget kids meal and they only put the fries in the bag and no chicken nuggets my 4-year-old was devastated...my daughter ordered a number one a Whopper combo and they didn't even put mayonnaise on the burger. We don't have many options in Mount Olive and for them to constantly mess up an order is outrageous.

The staff were exceptional compared to other fast food! Very kind and customer focused I thought. My kids played for a while and I was surprised how often the staff cleaned and took care of the customers. Will be back ??
