The food was cold fries were too salty and cold, no ice with the drink and no receipt. We also sit in the line waiting to get the sorry food for 20+ minutes. Never again will I go back to that day care. Lazy group of kids.

The food is always good, and many customers appreciate the quality compared to other locations, but lately, orders have been incorrect frequently. Some staff members can be rude, although a few are very friendly despite their long days. The caramel frappe remains a standout, and if the food is hot and served quickly, it means it was freshly made. However, there are instances where orders like the bacon quarter pounder come without bacon, but staff will fix it promptly. It's a family-friendly spot for a quick meal or coffee on the go, but dining in might not be the best choice due to cleanliness concerns.
