Service is terrible. Never get my order correct. If I go through drive through i always have to park and wait. This is the store in Mt. Olive, NC. It is the worst one I've been too. One of the managers will argue I thought the customers were always right. I am usually a easy going person, but every time us ridiculous.

Which your drive through orders. The chicken nuggets were dried out. Plus, no dipping sauce was included but on the receipt. Requested no mayo on a sandwich, it still had mayo. They are not customer friendly. An assistant manager was working the drive through handing out the food items.

If you want to eat among many flies in a dirty dining area, this is the place for you. Bathrooms also dirty and strangely wet.
This McDonald's is a hit or a miss. When is good its GOOD...when its bad it's bad. When the orders are wrong and I ask for a missing fries or whatever the case may be...I get looked at like I have three eyes, or I get complete attitude...there's no in between. ( and yes I show them the receipt.)
This will be my last time going here and that sucks because I really like Big Macs lol 🍔

Service is normally good, but this is the ONLY McDonald’s that’s consistently does not salt their fries. I’m not talking light salt I mean not a single grain on any of my fries. Whatever I’m making better food choices anyways. Go blow it out your ass McDonald’s.
