I ordered in the app and put my sauce choices once they came out to my car I checked for my sauces there were none in the bag. What is the point of pick up or curbside if they forget your sauces and then you have to get out of the car. 0/10.

Used to be good but don't know what changed. Employees constantly act like they have an attitude. Person that brings me my food looks mad as hell and forgets my food. When I go back in to get my missing McChicken. I decide to ask for my missing sauce as well, tells me I have to pay extra for BBQ sauce? The sauce I already got for my nuggets that she also forgot to put in my bag. People working the speakers constantly keep asking for your code, then will go quiet, help the person in the other lane and then reask me what my code is. This went on for three more times by the way before just pulling out of the drive through and going inside to get my nephew's ice cream by using the kiosk because jesus christ at least the machine's don't seem to have any attitudes towards us.
I swear to god, I might as well drive the few extra miles to Newtown Grove or Goldsboro. Hell, at least if I'm paying $8 for a big mac, they will at least give me some good service with it or at least be near a chilis where I can practically just get an actual quarter pounder for a better price at better quality and WAY BETTER SERVICE.
I don't know, get better or get worse, I'll just go somewhere else and hope everyone else stops giving this place anymore visits, even if it's one of the only three fast food restaurants we have. If you don't consider the dumpster fire that is the Hardee's down the road as a fast food place for the high price with cold food provided by jokers.

Amazing I just come to the drive-through today at 3:30 this morning and order two large coffees. Guess what they told me that they don’t have no coffee shame on you guys if you’re not serving coffee you know you need to close the store I don’t understand why you guys are open if you guys can I even selling coffee

The manager Patricia was very rude to me this morning. I attempted to order 3 mcgriddles while waiting for the vet, both my puppies are sick. I order my food & get told to park in a reserve parking spot. I park & 3 cars park around me. They all get their food within 5 minutes. 15 more minutes go by, multiple cars come & go - Patricia goes to bring me my order & asks me what I ordered, she showed me biscuits in her hand. I let her know i ordered 3 mcgriddles, that wasnt my order. She didnt believe me at first then said loudly OKAY & walked away. She came back with another person's order next to me & walked over saying it would be out soon. I said ive been here for 20 minutes. All I ordered was 3 mcgriddles. She said OKAY OKAY loudly again dismissing me & left. She came back with it about 5 minutes later & said SORRY really loudly & walked away. All I said was ive been here 20 minutes. I wasnt rude, I didnt yell at her. I dont appreciate her raising her voice at me for letting her know what I ordered.

They are extremely rude and VERY slow at night, for one there’s only 1 person taking orders for both drive thrus and they don’t go in order as we just sat there and 2 cars got their orders taken while we sat. They are all about drive time and always try to make you drive up, then get the order wrong, we go back around to have it corrected and they get it wrong for a second time. This needs to be addressed or my family and I will start taking our money elsewhere, it is very uncalled especially when it’s one of the only places open late.
I ordered my drink and turned on its a fly inside the cup and I already drank almost all of it. I saw it when the ice already melted all.

Service is terrible. Never get my order correct. If I go through drive through i always have to park and wait. This is the store in Mt. Olive, NC. It is the worst one I've been too. One of the managers will argue I thought the customers were always right. I am usually a easy going person, but every time us ridiculous.
