Food was good but the service was bad. I went for lunch and the lady in the drive thru was rude , no smile. She look like she didn’t want to be there . I go like twice a week but I won’t be going anymore .

Ordered ninjas Togo last Friday (6/5/2025) I order a chicken bowl (supposed to be fried chicken and was not) and steak bowl with two sides of broccoli. Once we got home to eat I ate a piece of broccoli and the next one I looked at had WORMS on it. I found two worms in my broccoli after I had already ate some. Threw it all in the trash after that. We called and told the manager we were coming back tomorrow (Saturday) for a refund as our order was almost $30. He said okay I’ll write you down for a refund. No apology or anything. Needless to say will not be returning to this Ninjas ever again. So if you decide to risk it and eat here take a good look at your food before eating it.

I ordered a steak bowl to go- they asked how I wanted the steak cooked and I told them medium. My steak was SO over cooked and hard to chew (beyond well done if that’s even possible) and I wasn’t given the white sauce I paid extra for. Definitely disappointed I paid $16 for this😭

I will say it started off a little rocky at first considering it was my first time. But let me tell you the cashier was phenomenal even though the cook was very rude. The Manager has the best customer service I've seen in a long time. She reassured me that what happened was not OK! r Remade my order and let's just say ima a happy customer and I will go back. Im big on customer services. I dont care how good or bad the food is. The customer service will always speak louder than anything else.

Waited over 30 minutes for my food Inside while workers stood around. Some where cleaning. Then someone packed my food up and placed it in the drive thru area without notification to anyone up front. Had an hour lunch and spent most of it waiting for food.

I've been to this location several times. I go for my usual steamed rice bowl. The past few trips have had the same issue: there's crunchy undercooked rice that makes it through. May want to look into that. However, I'm glad they finally replaced the worn out seating.

This place is AWESOME! Food was sooo good. It was cooked quick and seasoned to perfection. The place was clean AND the restrooms too! I wish we had one in the Wilmington/Leland area. It was THE best hibachi I have EVER had. Honest.
Parking: Plenty parking. It is kind of out of the usual shopping center traffic. We found it by chance.

Ever since i stumbled upon this gem this has been one of my togo places to eat, it even had be thinking about go to umo just to be close to this place ? anyways the food is amazing staff is good very friendly however the inside can be sticky at times!
