The last 2 times we have ordered Papa John’s from this store it’s been a nightmare. The first one, we waited for well over an hour for, just to call them and be told “we don’t have drivers” why did you wait an hour to tell us that?! No answer. We had them refund the total cost and had to find something else on the fly at 10pm thanks to the lack of communication.

..Maybe the got someone new working the dough but, all the crust was wrong. Original is supposed to be thick and puffy, we got thin and delaptated. The bottom of the pizza was also way too thin, we didn’t order NY style pizza here. Then the delivery part was a mess. The driver didn’t speak a lick of English, drove by the house twice with my wife out there trying to flag him down, he called her and she had to guide him in cause he couldn’t see all that good. I understand that some drivers especially new drivers, take some time to get used to some areas, I’m not saying he should have known better exactly, but he should have called the minute he couldn’t locate it without help.

My wife and I refuse to order here anymore. I don’t what all they’ve changed, but it isn’t for the better. Sad. We have been ordering here for close to 10 years and only lately have there EVER BEEN any issues. Not sure if it’s management or what, but this place has gone down hill.

Lady was unprofessional she was having smoke break at 12:30 and it opens at 11 she was very rude after I walked out the door and told her I was here to order a pizza I was waiting for almost 10 minutes

I called to place an order this morning, a person answered and asked me to hold for a second. Approximately 20 mins later, I arrived at the location still on hold. When I walked in, I said I'm still on hold. She said we have an automated ordering system and I transferred you to that. No apologies, nothing! She was rude and unprofessional! I placed my order and while digging for change in my purse she acted like I was wasting her time. I asked how long and she said 20 minutes which isn't unreasonable but I just spend that on hold. I waiting in my car because it felt unwelcoming in the store. The pizza was okay but in my opinion not in line with Papa John's standards. I frequent this location, the food is good for the price but unfortunately poor staff and poor management has made me reconsider my options!

So when you order delivery at this location, it is delivered via doordash which is fine, we have done so several times at this location. This past Tuesday we ordered delivery, 45 mins later I recieved a notification that the order had been delivered, we go look, pizza is nowhere to be found. I call the location and explain the issue and I'm told the pizza is still there and I can come pick it up if I want. At that point I asked to speak to the manager and was informed that that was who I was speaking with. I asked her how we could resolve this situation so we could both be happy, she put me on hold for 10 mins so eventuallyi hung up. I call back and ask to speak to the manager and now a gentleman is on the phone and stumbles through telling me he was a manager. I again go over the situation and he also tells me that I can come pick up the order, mind you I've paid the delivery fee and tip. I inform him that what would be best is for them to remake our pizzas that are dying in the window and we would come get the pizza but I wanted some sort of compensation for the trouble. He informs me he has only been working there 2 months and doesn't know what to do. He ask to put me on hold but doesn't actually press hold so I can hear him and the other manager talking crap about me and the situation. The female finally returns to the phone and starts off with an attitude saying there's nothing she can do. At this point im furious, I cut her off and say that what I want is them to remake the pizza, my husband would come get it and that I would like some sort of refund or something for all of this. She says fine and hangs up. My husband goes and gets a pizza and ask to see the receipt for the transaction, they tell him there isn't one, so he assumes they voided it all. Wrong, so I call corporate and tell them the issues. They told me that the store owner would reach out to me within 24-48 hrs but I still haven't heard a word. So if you are the store owner and reading this.....I'm waiting on that call. The food at this location is extremely good but the service is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Absolute trash. If you want to get sick from a poorely managed restaurant and kitchen, then this is the place for you.
If you enjoy good food and not having to worry about food born illnesses, go elsewhere.
