Waited 45 minutes for 2 shaq-a-roni pizzas! Get home 1 was fine and the other one had BBQ sauce on it and didn't ask for BBQ sauce. The lady that was working had alot of orders from online,door dash, etc and she was working by herself!!! Seems they need to hire help that will work and not call in all the time...note this lady had work a double prior to tonight and had to work a double tonight...Thursday December 5,2024

Order was incorrect. Ordered bacon cheese sticks and got cheese sticks with a smattering of bacon fat. Nothing even close to what is advertised. Called to address incorrect order and was told that I had to pay for it. Crappy customer service and dishonest service. Supposed manager was lying to me about order. Do not recommend this company. If the owner actually cares about customer service then he should contact me. Doubt he will

Ms. Desiree took our order, (also made our pizza) and was awesome! She was super kind and personable, and my 6 year old really took to her! She treated him like a little adult and made him feel like his opinion (on pizza toppings) really mattered. ☺️ She even brought our pizza out to us (we were sitting in our car) when it was ready!! Totally unexpected! I don't remember the last time we've had such great service, ESPECIALLY not from a to-go pizza place. She deserves a raise!! Thank you Ms. Desiree!

Order food online. I The Alfredo bowl. It was missing the spinach and tomatoes that were in description. When I called and reported it to the manager @ 646 pm she said they would remake it and send it out. It is now 750pm and no food.

I recently ordered a large veggie pizza from Papa John's, and it was amazing! The fresh vegetables were crisp and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the cheese and sauce. I also appreciate how generous they are with the toppings. Every bite was delicious, and I felt good knowing I was eating something a bit healthier. Will definitely order again!

Papa John's never disappoints! I've tried various toppings, but their BBQ Chicken pizza is my favorite. The combination of tangy BBQ sauce, tender chicken, and chewy cheese creates an unforgettable taste. Plus, the delivery is always quick, and the pizza arrives hot and fresh. Highly recommend!

Excellent pizzas and their delicious chicken wings are also very good.
They text me saying chef is adding final touches and that my order is done and ready for pick up and then call me to tell me that they ran out of the main ingredient for my pizza lol papa John's just close this location and allow the other companies to succeed , I figured I'd give them a try since there's barely anything in mt olive but I will stick to dominos if needed. Waste of time !!!
