Hands down one of the best microbreweries I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the passion for craft brewing in every detail — the aroma of malt and the warm welcome from a team that genuinely loves what they do.
The beer? Exceptional. Every pour tells a story. The flavored and unique beers were perfectly balanced. The coffee flavored pour, peach flavored pour and more were smooth and rich, with just the right hint of flavoring. The majority of brews were impressive and creative without being complicated, adventurous without losing soul. It’s clear they brew with intention, not trends.
The taproom atmosphere strikes the sweet spot between laid-back and lively with cozy lighting, and a community vibe that makes it easy to lose track of time. I did just that, I lost track of time as I was passing through in my RV under the Harvest Host program and spent a rich six hours meeting locals along with great conversations.
Whether you're a beer enthusiast or someone just exploring craft options, the staff guides you like old friends, offering great recommendations without any pressure. What really sets this place apart is authenticity, truly quality ingredients, thoughtful brewing, and a genuine love for the culture around beer. If you enjoy craft beer brewed with heart and served with personality, R & R Brewery is a must visit. I can’t recommend it enough. I'll definitely be back for more sessions and seasonal drops. I loved this place. I was visiting from out of town and the staff and other patrons there where all super nice and made me and my dog feel right at home. Also the Brews and Ciders are delicious. If you appreciate craftsmanship you'll like the decor which is mostly all hand made.

Drove from Raleigh to R and R as part of a brewery tour arrived just after 1:00 pm which is there posted opening time for Saturday. The place was locked up tight. Waited across the street in my car until about 1:35 and the place never opened.

Anyone rating a 4 below is a Karen and can kick rocks. The building was well clean, the outdoor area very open. Dog friendly too. Shout out to Lee, a friendly down to earth bar tender who offered us a ride to our hotel so we could leave our electric car charging overnight.

Stopped in on my way to watch a soccer game. Neat place, friendly and knowledgeable beertender. Sampled the picklebeer, not bad! Enjoyed the red ale.
All we can say is...WOW !!! We came here for our second camping trip under harvest host. We normally like to camp in campgrounds or rural areas. But this place which is in the middle of mount olive town is wonderful. The brewery is something SPECIAL! They have several different types of beers. If your not into craft beer they offer wines, but we had the chance to sample test different types of brews and found a few we like...for me was the coffee beer. Another great part of this brewery is the incredible hosts/owners. They know alot about brewing, are super nice, welcoming, very dog friendly and so much more to their guest of all types ?. We came here under harvest host for rvs and had plenty of room to back in our 45 ft travel trailer and truck in their back lot. We will make this gem top on our list to return here on our next adventure to the eastern part of our beautiful North Carolina state. What a wonderful stop in our RV this week. Tara the bartender was exceptional explaining all the beer facts and options. Loved the pickle beer. This is must stop on our trips.
