Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate, this review is long but needed as it was uncalled for and avoidable. Called to confront them about the way they treated my wife who placed a curbside pickup order regardless of the reason but I’ll explain. She is 16 weeks pregnant and had our 18 month old son she has to carry around so the “Manager” answered and was complaining about the heat from walking out the A/C she stands in all day to my wife’s car for 30 seconds to give her the food after she has been waiting for 40 minutes and she hands her a empty cup to which my wife responds “What is this?” Employee: “Oh we can’t fill your drink for you, you have to do that.” My Wife: “But it’s curbside pickup why can’t you?” Employee: “Oh we just don’t do that!” Excuse me WHAT? In what food business or in any world does it make sense to have a curbside pickup then get out of your car to go back inside to make your drink? Also side note, Parking for curbside was being used by someone choosing to eat their food in that spot so she called to tell them her car color/model the employee just didn’t feel like looking for my wife’s car. Her food was cold due to waiting so long and wanted a refund so when I called the store back to issue her one they said she would have to come inside to do that. People place curbside for a reason regardless any of your business why, imagine you were disabled and couldn’t get your drink and the employees pretty much told you nothing we can do how would you feel? That wasn’t the case here but nevertheless, Why does the app give you the option to chose what drink you want as well? Manager Initially Refused to give my wife all the money she paid for the service back. Management did not care about how we felt and was very unprofessional, only when I called back threatening to get corporate involved which will happen, did she call my wife back to give her a full refund for what could’ve been easily resolved with a “Ma’am I understand what can I do to make this right?” and if you are the owner/manager reading this do better. Handy Mart and subway will be getting a complaint/BBB involvement as soon as possible. For anyone out there reading this that wants a sandwich skip here and go to pizza village downtown I saved you the headache.

This is the second time in two weeks that my order was messed up. The first time I had to drive back to the store and get new subs. Today I didn't have the time to return to store... ordered sweet onion sauce and olives, got mayo and banana peppers. Do better Subway.

The employees here are lazy, the gas station attendant had to tell the subway employees to get up and help us. Then the girl told us they couldn’t heat up the steak, after that we were told they don’t have vegetables. Both these employees were rude and lazy. Didn’t explain where we get our drinks nor give us napkins. This was the worst experience at a subway and these two should be fired.

AMAZING! They were on it like white on rice!!! Prepping as they go too, let us know that they saw us and would be with us in a few minutes-Love THAT!
Pretty sure the girl that put my toppings on is new too, BEST sandwich I’ve had in a long time from a subway.

Ordered 2 subs on app, for delivery. When Door Dash arrived, they only had 1 sub. Only had 1 sub on their ticket for my delivery. Contacted store & talked to Assistant Manager. Was told both subs were made, and it was a Door Dash issue. They were rude & nothing was done to rectify the fact that I paid for 2 subs & only got 1.

The worker was not looking at me or paying attention to me while making my food. Was talking to the other workers behind them. Almost put oil on my food when all I had asked for was red wine. And when I told them no oil. The girl didn't hear me and the person she was talking to behind her had to tell her I said no oil. And then the girl beside he was rude saying she didn't hear me and would of probably put oil on my sub. She would of herd me of she was listening to her customer and not talking to friends.

Kid-friendliness: Listen to your customers and stop talking to people while picking up things for the sub. That's how u mess up someone's order and it's only ur own fault if someone gets mad at u.
