They get my order wrong and then want me to go back around and get in line again will my food gets cold. because they won't add on to the window absolutely ridiculous! horrible horrible service, horrible horrible attitudes from the staff. zero customer service. I don't expect to use this location again for a very long time if ever.

Apparently “fast” in Taco Bell terms means 36 minutes. My chips tasted like they’d been fried during the last ice age, and instead of telling me an item was unavailable, they just packed up the food without telling me or offering a replacement like I wouldn’t notice. If you’re hungry, have somewhere to be, or enjoy edible food, steer clear of the Mount Olive Taco Bell.

(Edited)My wife and I stopped after we got off work tonight to get dinner only to find all the employees outside smoking and they tell us “We’re sorry we’re closed” at the drive thru 20 minutes before they were closed. I hate being the last person before closing but if your one of the only options available I’m sorry but there are closing times for a reason not so all the employees can go outside to have a nice smoke.

Waited for almost 10mins before someone even acknowledged anyone was at the counter. 4 employees working all seem clueless except one girl trying to fill door dash orderes and run the counter. Waited almost 20 mins for an order

I don't usually leave reviews for places, but my interaction at this location today truly upset me. A friend and i went through the drive-thru and though the girl over the speaker greeted us, she was nothing but rude essentially after. She asked if we needed any help after we took a few seconds to order which was no problem. The problem came when we went to order and she interrupted us with every word and in the end rushed us to the window with the wrong order. We ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos but only left with 1. It seems that we were also charged for extra sour cream and extra seasoned beef on that ONE bc we seemingly accidentally agreed to it within the confusing interruptions of questions she kept providing while we attempted our order. I didn't realize until we were driving away that i was charged only for 1 even though her and us both know i ordered the 2 because she asked us if we'd like sauce for "both of them." i'd understand the rush if people were behind us in line but alas we had been there for about 30 seconds and there was nobody else in sight. Coming from somebody who works in customer service it's genuinely not that hard to get the information you need from a customer without interrupting consistently and still have them on their way with the correct things in a short time.

$36 for 2 boxes and they didn’t even put our tacos in the bag, pathetic service and outrageous prices. Honestly just go down the road and get real Mexican food.
