Love their food when they get their order right, otherwise its just a massive headache to get home and your sandwich isnt what you ordered and you got no chicken nuggets

Someone needs to train them on how to make your cream col brews. I've ordered one at least 5 times in the last year and EVERY time it's awful. I just toss it. I've had them other places so I know what they should taste like. Is there no directions for them to follow? I refuse to waste anymore money here.

Ordered taco salad and a key frosty and three packs of crackers. Got home with no sour cream, no crackers, and no spoon for the frosty. The drive-through was taking nothing but cash for purchases and the person who waited on me was very grumpy.

Lady that look like a sea lion disrespectful over some sauce and a 100$ bill, sorry I don’t have dollar bills that’s why I have YOU to break my bills & why can’t I have 4 sauces with my 10 nuggets and fries I even offer to pay her, it goes against the cooperation cost, she’s definitely not the brightest crayon in the box, and needs to go home go to bed and restart her day, rude for nothing all you need to do is listen to what I got to say, I’m paying and you’re getting paid to give me what I want THANK YOU

Manager accused me of taking food that didn't belong to me when I picked up my mobile order. The bag was clearly labeled and ready for pickup. An embarrassing and unnecessary situation in front of several people.

I moved to Mount Olive a few months ago and when I felt like all of the staff I encountered were very rude, but they’ve gotten some new people lately and they are very polite and welcoming. I wish they wouldn’t move me up when there is no one in line behind me, but I still always get my food in a decent time so I can’t complain much.
