The location is great when heading to Virginia. Saturday afternoon I was greeted by two friend people behind the counter that promptly made my coffee. The coffee was hot and made how I asked. No complaints, not a regular customer so only this one experience.

Always enjoy DD coffee but the attitude and level of service at this specific location is terrible. I did not follow proper protocols for picking up an online order at the drive thru ( it was a complicated order by the way- 1 large plain coffee) and was lectured by one of the staff as to my error … not announcing myself at the speaker. I was the only car in line by the way.10 minutes later on the road I noticed that they gave a medium instead of large. I always use the app at other locations and this has never happened… perhaps an oversight as it was a difficult order to get together(haha) but most likely a little payback for my oversight. DD won’t lose my business but this location will.

Be cautious when you order at the speaker the price showed one price I get to the window it was more. The drink ordered was an iced cappuccino I was handed a hot cappuccino. The place looked empty inside and there was no one behind me not sure how that was messed up. For a newer business they do still have a 100% heath score which is great hopefully they will get it right the next time the first time.

Every time I have tried to get coffee I either wait to place my order a long time or they do not make it correctly. I have tried going at different times as well. I am tired of getting what they think I should have vice what I pay for. The employees need to pay way more attention to what they are doing and learn to fix mistakes without being told by the customers because then your just wasting everyone’s time and money.

This Dunkin is such a hit or miss. Normally, they take a while to even take your order, let alone you getting to the window and actually getting what you ordered. The last time I went there, I waited at the speaker after being told I'll be helped in "just a moment" for about 7 minutes. I had done a mobile order 10 minutes prior to arriving and waited longer just to receive it. Coffee is also varies, either crack or creek, ifykyk.
Kay was absolutely great and sweet! Everytime I come in she takes care of us with the utmost sincerity!

The "3" attendants with their to go order earphones were more interested in walking around and talking on their earphones ? And the donuts were about average. I got 3 lemon filled and 3 creme with chocolate icing. I will never be back.
