This Dunkin is such a hit or miss. Normally, they take a while to even take your order, let alone you getting to the window and actually getting what you ordered. The last time I went there, I waited at the speaker after being told I'll be helped in "just a moment" for about 7 minutes. I had done a mobile order 10 minutes prior to arriving and waited longer just to receive it. Coffee is also varies, either crack or creek, ifykyk.
It's good DD food. Coffee is fresh. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is limited. Lots of traffic. Bathrooms aren't always clean, but the lobby is usually neat and clean.Parking: Parking lot is small and shared by other stores. So it can be limited at times.Kid-friendliness: Safe for kids to come inside and enjoy a snap.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp available for wheelchairs. Staff offers to assist you to your vehicle is needed.

The location is great when heading to Virginia. Saturday afternoon I was greeted by two friend people behind the counter that promptly made my coffee. The coffee was hot and made how I asked. No complaints, not a regular customer so only this one experience.
