Not understanding why sell cups if they won’t let you use them to put your ice coffee or frozen coffee in. No matter what you should be able to use your cup that you purchase from them.
this is a great dunkin, the employees are nice, the food is fresh and the drinks are amazing. one downside is that this worker kourtney is rude and selfish and doesn’t care about her surroundings. Smh.
They are efficient and friendly. Rarely do I have any issues with my order. When accidents happen, they are courteous and quick to remedy the problem. I can only imagine how busy they are with tourist traffic on summer weekends, so their good attitudes deserve praise!
My only criticism, which I attribute to corporate Dunkin and not this specific store, is when ordering through the app items are sometimes unavailable, but you don’t find out until you arrive...
