We visited this location while traveling from out of town. When our turn to order my husband said “I’ll take a number 6 on wheat please.” Annie who was the lady and apparently the manager taking the order paused looked at him with a very angry look like he wasn’t speaking English then huffed and turned around and grabbed the bread and slammed it down. The staff is also very nice and helpful, with people working in the back and on the line being very nice. While it can be pricey, it is well worth it. However, sometimes subs ordered online or customized have been wrong, so it is recommended to double check them before leaving the store. Problems getting subs remade have not occurred.
