Stopped by the Arbys in Murphy, NC. Ordered 2 arby Jr's and potato caked. We got the potato cakes, but they gave us sliders instead of Arby Jr's. It took forever. I am very disappointed.

How silly. Arby's spent millions of dollars advertising, it's the sauce that makes the sandwich. Yet you must ask for Arby's sauce. The sauce station has no pumps , no cups. Apparently they , Corporate, decided individual packets at 4x the cost will be a better way. At least they brought back the potato cakes. Out of Cheesesteak till Friday. Nice counter person. Restaurant dining needs deep clean. Lights full of dust..toe plate under soda/ condiments has not been scrubbed in weeks.

Do not be in a hurry. Going to this Arby's. They're very slow. The Apple turnovers are always cold and just out of the freezer. And when you ask them to warm it up, they'll overheat them. People just don't care about the food that they serve. But it is Arby's.

I love Arby's roast beef sandwiches. Gotta have Arby's sauce with 'em. When I'm on a road trip, they're a real treat.
Food was good. They was busy but the place was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The ladies behind the counter were genuinely nice and polite, with real smiles. This doesn't happen very often in fast food. The Arby-Q is my favorite. I'm glad it's back!
