Tried going back after almost a year to see if we’re serving their mozzarella cheese sticks fresh, but no. Even after I asked for fresh mozzarella sticks, they still gave me cold sticks. Last time I did send in a complaint, but they did nothing (offered me a beef sandwich, but I only go here for mozzarella sticks, I told them that and they offered me nothing else.) So I tried going back today since I had a coupon, but once again I’m out of luck. Took one bite and threw the rest out. I’ll probably do this again in 6 months, probably for the best they don’t serve them hot as I would most likely buy them once a week otherwise. Go to Burger boy for hot mozzarella sticks. Their marinara is not as good, but I get this snack for the fried cheesy goodness.

Stopped by the Arbys in Murphy, NC. Ordered 2 arby Jr's and potato caked. We got the potato cakes, but they gave us sliders instead of Arby Jr's. It took forever. I am very disappointed.

How silly. Arby's spent millions of dollars advertising, it's the sauce that makes the sandwich. Yet you must ask for Arby's sauce. The sauce station has no pumps , no cups. Apparently they , Corporate, decided individual packets at 4x the cost will be a better way. At least they brought back the potato cakes. Out of Cheesesteak till Friday. Nice counter person. Restaurant dining needs deep clean. Lights full of dust..toe plate under soda/ condiments has not been scrubbed in weeks.

Do not be in a hurry. Going to this Arby's. They're very slow. The Apple turnovers are always cold and just out of the freezer. And when you ask them to warm it up, they'll overheat them. People just don't care about the food that they serve. But it is Arby's.
