“Visiting family in the Murphy area and went here for breakfast yesterday! Owner was very nice and his wife is an outstanding cook! Food was very good and not one complaint! Great family owned business! Give them a try, you won't be sorry! (And be sure to ask about the homemade cinnamon rolls!)”

“This place is amazing, the food is always great, cooked out of a food truck and they have a great beer selection and a full bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the owners are very nice people. Ate here a few times already and now we saw that they are expanding which is great because they are always full of customers. We love it because we dont have to drive all the way into town any longer and we love to sing karaoke there. We will definitely be coming back more often.”

“Our 1st visit to this wonderful restaurant was fantastic. Our server Molly was very friendly and informative, explaining all the food and beer options (so much to choose from!) We split a Greek salad (more than enough for 2) and had a delicious pizza. Their beer selection is huge, with something for everyone. I highly recommend checking out this hidden jewel in Hayesville, NC.”

“Small location in a store front. Little gameroom. Great food but sometimes the young man acts weird and does not get the order right. He even will pull money out of his wallet and try to give it to you.
The breadsticks are handmade and delicious 😋! My husband loves the calzones.”

“While I had a bad experience over at the arcade area earlier with being shorted winning tickets, I wanted to at least make a good review where it was due. I special ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch normally a frappe but I requested it to be in an iced coffee form instead. The barista said sure and made it for me better than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. Just wanted to say thank you for turning my frown into a smile for a moment.”

“We ate lunch yesterday (04-08-2026). This was our 2nd or 3rd visit. We have always had a great experience at ShoeBooties Cafe. The food has been good, the staff are totally courteous and helpful. Whenever we get to Murphy, which is not too often, we make it a point to eat at least once at ShoeBooties.”

“We live near the casino here in Murphy and we always eat Panda Express when we come here. You get the most "bang for your buck" of anywhere in the food court and you just can't go wrong with this chain. I have been eating at Panda for decades since I was a teenager back in the early nineteen nineties in my home state of California and have been ordering the walnut chicken since it was introduced and also the more recent teriyaki chicken since its introduction too. The orange chicken always finishes off my bigger plate trifecta. The whole staff serving and cooking at Panda is friendly and hard working but Amara is our favorite. She has been so friendly that it feels like she is almost a close childhood friend since we met her a few months ago. She and everyone else on the staff deserve a raise. Also Maritsa is our favorite cashier. She is super sweet and even when we are being rascals she always has a smile on her face and puts up with our antics graciously in the utmost and professional manner befitting of an exemplary employee.

Vegetarian options: Pretty sure Panda Express ain't the kind of joint that most vegetarians are gonna go to, although of course the chow main with cabbage is a great lacto ovo vegetarian option and can be ordered as a side.”

“as always the food was great. but Robyn our waitress has probably been the worst waitress we've had in the last 3 years. she asked if we needed anything and when we told her we would like some more drinks she shook her head and walked off and mumbled and then when she came back spilled tea and my wife's plate and kind laughed about it. if she doesn't like her job she needs to sweep the parking lot. not only was she rude to us but the people behind us we're talking about her too in the table next to us”

“Our meal was good! The cocktail was perfectly balanced, Parker rolls hot and delicious. The crab cake was the best I believe I've ever had. I ordered the Braised Beef Short Ribs and the dish was fantastic! The center of the meat could have been more warm, but was delicious nonetheless. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and will come back.
