I had a great experience here and the lady in drive thru was so kind. My food was hot and fresh like I asked, too. I've never had a bad experience at this location.
I pulled up to the drive-in at Arby's in Murphy, North Carolina and a voice said I'll be with you in a few minutes. I am busy right now. You waited a few minutes and I asked again. Am I going to be waited on and the man who identified himself as the manager just said I am interviewing someone for a job. I'll be there as soon as I can. Really you putting it to the over your customers waiting in a car. Totally dissatisfied
Everything was great until we walked up to the counter to get our food and they told us they had no ketchup. Seriously? No ketchup? You serve sandwiches, wraps, and french fries yet you have no ketchup. Who eats french fries without ketchup???
