Hit or miss. One day it’s pretty good, the next time I go my food is poorly made. I don’t believe loaded fries are difficult to make but somehow got unseasoned fries and a few uncooked fried white cheddar bites mixed in with my food.
After a hard day at work, picked up Zensation Zalads for both of us and extra order of egg rolls… absolutely perfect and delicious . Salad maker truly cares about his job and the importance of making it great! I’ve called and praised our Murphy North Carolina Zaxbys. Keep up the good work and having pride in what you do!!!

Drove up to the speaker and placed our order. She had the food hanging out the window before we got to it. Cheddar cheese bites were rubbery and cool. Chicken fingers were ok. Fries were cold. Definitely not worth the 35$.
