I just got a pound of brisket and when I got it home I found out it was tough as shoe leather. I've gotten brisket here in the past and it was fall apart tender. I don't know who is doing the cooking now, but I don't know if I'll spend another $30 here again.

If Nick’s BBQ 3-4 times a week. Today I sat at the pick up window for 10 min or more and when I finally got my pulled pork salad it was all vegetable. Honestly, there was not a half cup of pork. I ask the girl why very small amount of pork and she said” that was the way it was…I won’t ever be back.
The food is amazing! I had the brisket plate with potato salad & baked beans.
