This was the best dinner I've had in a long time!! Starting with the greeter holding the door for our party when we arrived ,to the attentive and sweet server. The filets were cooked perfectly,and the salmon, although ordered well done, was still delightful 🙂. Hats off to the bartender for crafting the perfect dry Martini! A wonderful time was had by all at the table. This will become our new favorite whenever we are in town!

This place is absolutely delicious! One of our very favorite places to eat in Murphy! Such a treat to come here!
An amazing place for a small West North Carolina Town. Top notch from the moment you step into this small gem. Watch the owner/chef cook over a wood burning fire while you wait for a seat. Nothing to hide here. Excellent options.

Poor Parsons is an amazing place for a small West North Carolina town. It is a small gem that is top notch from the moment you step in. The owner/chef cooks over a wood burning fire while you wait for a seat, and makes you feel so welcome and checks to make sure you are happy. The food and service are excellent and exceptional. The filets were cooked perfectly, and the salmon was delightful. The bartender crafts the perfect dry Martini. The pork chop is not your average Pork Chop, and the chopped steak with brussels is enjoyed by many. Four different steak dishes were all to the point, rich in flavors, and the best meals on a 3 week trip. The NY strip is excellent. The bar is great and was packed just after 5 on a Wednesday. Ask for the VIP Menu, which is limited and exclusive. A wonderful time was had by all. Highly recommend.
