Come for breakfast most mornings and the music is awful. Terrible for starting the day. Loud yelling hard core rock. Nobody wants to start the day like that. May explain why there is hardly ever anyone sitting in the lobby eating. It didn’t used to be like this. What’s up?

Tables were dirty and sticky, the lady taking our order misheard us at first, however the food came quick and was PERFECTLY seasoned. The food was lovely and I would come back, it just wouldn't be mu first choice.

This place SUCKS!!! Particularly the one in Murphy NC. We went in at 8:50pm the sign said they close at 10pm and we stood at the counter waiting for someone to show up. No one did so we looked from the counter to the back of the restaurant and there was a girl sitting on the ground playing on her phone. We called to her to see if she would come to serve us but she just sat there. So we left and got back in our car and as we was buckling in our 2 yr old the “manager” FINALLY came and locked the lobby door AT 8:55!! We left and went to Burger King instead and got much better services!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

I enjoy the food here but Saturday between 2 and 3 pm we came in the lobby to eat. There was a man changing bags in trash cans. He walked up to the register from dining area to take our orders. He didn't wash his hands or put on gloves after changing trash bags. He drug his hand along the food counter all the way to the register then started taking orders.
We went back this morning thinking morning staff might be better. The woman at the drive thru window walking up from the back to the drivethru was coughing all over her hand. Then when she got to the computer window area, she was touching her mouth with her other hand and then handling food and orders. No washing hands or gloves.
Bojangles is a good company but the hygiene standards at this location are concerning.

I go here in the mornings when there is not a line. If there is a line don't wait, whomever is working is not able to multi task. Nice people just make sure your order is right before driving away, minor mistakes sometimes. Wish they had kept the original biscuit recipe, now they a flat and fall apart.

Just now stopped to get dinner, and the food looked like it's been out all day, the staff was refusing to make anything, actually laughed at us and told us KFC is down the street, we should try there. Staff was also vaping in the kitchen. What a joke!
