I ordered a chicken burger, but they gave me fries instead of the burger. It seems like they don’t even know how to handle orders properly. Also, they had no idea how to prepare an order with Very disappointing service!

Service was slow place was not busy. I went thru the drive thru no one at counter 4 employees standing around 1 doing work and ask me to pull up one car behind me and they pulled into parking spot I was told there were orders ahead of me and NO ONE WAS THERE. I was very disappointed

Middle of lunch and they ran out of meat for a sandwich the lady at the cashier was useless didn't say a word just stood there and when we asked she just muttered spent 30 minutes of my 1 hour lunch at that place

I've came here a few times, and there has never been anything close to any customer service here, rude employees, No smiles, no thank yous, just rude and not qualified. BUT I was starving and came through drive through today and the person who took my order was SOO nice, very polite, his name is Jason. If he's getting paid the same as other employees he needs a raise, those are the kind of people we need handling our food. Thank you Jason for being nice to me and my dog through the drive through. I hope your there the next time I come through :)

The employees here should be ashamed at the way I've heard them speaking (cussing yelling and just plain rude) to the sweet Jeanna. I am in utter disbelief. In here with my 3 year old and heard more cuss words than Id care for her to hear. Jeanna was the sweetest and the rest of the staff needs some training. If things are falling behind, bust your butt to fix it and DO NOT cuss out your coworkers. She would be the only reason I ever step foot in this place again. I've worked customer service for 16 years and have never ever dealt with the total bullshit this place is pulling. Even on the hardest days! Jeana if you see this, you did great, you are kind and I appreciate you apologizing for their behavior even when it wasn't your fault!!
