BK used to be my go to fast food place. Ever since moving to Murphy it’s impossible to enjoy it. They can’t handle a four person lunch rush. I’ve tried going numerous times and every time, line or not, there’s a tremendous wait time before an order is even taken. Fast food shouldn’t take an hour to get.

Have ordered here multiple times and every time they close up there shake machine an hour before close. They are lazy and have no customer service skills. They all look like they hate there jobs. Why work if you feel that miserable

We stopped in late on a Sunday night within about 45 minutes of the lobby closing time. The staff didn't seem to be put off by that even though they did try to clean part of the lobby before we left. The food was fresh and hot. They have plenty of seating inside and outside. Plenty of parking available and quick access from the highway. It isn't readily apparent from the sign on the highway where the restaurant is though.

Inside while take out (my van is too tall for the drive through) i Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant this am. The gentleman behind me also ordered nothing special. The manager even came put while we were waiting and didnt seem to care about us. The focus seems to be on the drive through. -the people too lazy to get out of their car take priority over the customers standing right in front of them. Took almost ten minutes to get my food and it was already made. They just had to bag it and hand it to me. It would have also been better/fresher if they took care of the customers in front of them. Absolutely abysmal service.

TRASH CAN IN FOOD AREA RIGHT UP NEXT TO THE FRIES. GROSS AND DISGUSTING. THEY DID EMPTY IT WHEN I MENTIONED IT BUT OUT IT RIGHT BACK. ITS NOT OK TO WORK RIGHT IVEE RHE TRASH. BLAH!!!!!! Training might need to be refreshed.
Everyone is more than polite and take pride in their work here except one individual he normally runs the pickup window with no manners. Rude while placing orders. You stop to check the bag for sauce, correct order " errthangs in Thur" he will tell you to shuffle you off, You say thank you for your food he walks off without response, pull away only to look in the bag with items missing.
I repeat everyone and everything else about this place is on point minus this male individual.

I have been to this store many times over the years, and I have to say that the food has been consistently good, the orders always accurate, the staff always polite and helpful, and most importantly I have seen the staff continue to be nice and helpful when a customer complained even though that customer may have not been in the right. The crew and management of this store work hard and I wanted you to know that. Been meaning to tell you for some time.

Super slow. Would not allow us to order at counter because of a large order even though 10 cars in drive thru after we came in ordered and left. Floors dirty. Every table had sesame seeds of fry salt on them which lets you know none have been cleaned. To be nice employee has a hygiene issue.
