The wife and I were traveling home from SC to Tn and were really craving a burger. We found this Burger King near Murphy NC. It was around 12:45 pm on December 18, 2025, the drive thru was about 6 cars deep so we went in. We stood there number 1 in line to be waited on and waited for 10 minutes with nobody ever waiting on us. The lady behind the counter just a cashier said it would be a few minutes. The manager was barking orders at employees and they seem to be servicing only drive thru customers. While I waited two other customers behind me left the line and the building. After a few more minutes we left as well. Service to indoor customers was nonexistent and the manager needs some managing skills. I won’t be back. I took my business to Bojangles.

Today we were given the wrong burger. They almost put the wrong dressing on one of our burgers. The cake machine was out of coke, but in thier defense they were very busy.

I had an order of a bacon king Whopper and they didn't have me a bacon king instead they gave me a flame-grilled whopper. NOT MY ORDER! Hell, they didn't even gave me my straws!

I ordered a chicken burger, but they gave me fries instead of the burger. It seems like they don’t even know how to handle orders properly. Also, they had no idea how to prepare an order with Very disappointing service!

Service was slow place was not busy. I went thru the drive thru no one at counter 4 employees standing around 1 doing work and ask me to pull up one car behind me and they pulled into parking spot I was told there were orders ahead of me and NO ONE WAS THERE. I was very disappointed
