We stopped at the Grizzly Bear Restaurant on our way home from our little weekend away. The service was INCREDIBLE. The owner is so kind and attentive. The portions were HUGE and for such an amazing price. We cannot wait to come back and have it again on our next stop in town.

The owner is a very angry a dishonest Man, I simply asked about a discrepancy on our bill and he lost his temper. We were charged $24.00 for a 2 waffle meal but actually ordered a mama grizzly that is $13.00 and substituted the pancakes for a waffle. We were also charged for a soda that we did not have. He refused to discuss it and threw my receipt in the garbage.

This restaurant has an owner that is rude and over charges for what you receive. When approached about it he lost his temper and was very rude. Made our first visit to Grizzley Bear Restaurant today and really enjoyed everything. My wife and I both had the Papa bear burger. Burgers were humongous and delicious. Fries and onion rings were also excellent. Service was great and everyone in the place expressed how great their food was. Give them a try you won’t be sorry. Be aware that they close at 1pm so get there early.

Sticker shock! Two breakfast plates, coffee and a cinnamon roll almost $50. Honey on the table was a mixture and imported from India. Boo! Food was excellent!

Arrived at 11:30am. Just myself and my husband. Owner told us there were no tables for two, we could share a table if someone else came in. We sat down. My husband made a comment to Me about looking at strangers while we eat. Party of 8 came in after us. Owner took large party's order before ours. Large party received their food. We, 50 minutes later watched another couple receive their food before us. That's when we exited the restaurant. Never ever in my life have I been treated so poorly by anyone! Absolutely disgusting behavior! This is how you treat patrons that come in to pay you money for your food?? I will make sure everyone I know hears about our experience!

Had a very delightful and enjoyable breakfast. The service was great and had a delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, and fluffy biscuit with gravy. Also the owner had just made fresh cinnamon rolls and had one to go. Yum!
Not homemade biscuits same biscuits most gas stations sell and 7.45 for a plain sausage biscuit is absurd

Hidden gem! We were looking for a locally-owned breakfast place open on Sunday mornings and found the right place. The menu is simple but the food is very high quality and deliciously prepared. Home fries were especially good. Will be back!

This is a hidden gem for sure for those who aren’t from this area. We saw a video about this place on TikTok prior to coming to the area for a vacation. The staff are so warm and inviting. The prices are reasonable and the food is outstanding!! I took a recommendation from the gentleman (i believe he may have been the owner or co-owner with his wife) for “Loaded Cornbeef Hash”. It was great. It had grilled onion, green peppers, red peppers, and jalapeño. Everything here was made from scratch, like how grandma used to make your breakfast, you can taste the love!!! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!!! (I didn’t get to take a picture of our food, we were so excited to eat it) So if you see a huge grizzly bear on the side of the road waving at you to stop, STOP!!
