This place was horrible. The food was awful had to wait 25 mins to get food. The drive thru had five cars go thru before we got our food while 5 other customers were waiting and got food before us. We were forgotten. Our food was cold and just overcooked and been sitting for awhile. I had to take food up there 4 times because of mistakes. Had plenty of staff but the manager was the only one working the line. This place needs some help and new management when your customers are important. I lost money today and will not be back
Don't recommend this place until they get some new management in place.

Our first time to this location. Somebody took our order when we walked in, but we didn't see anybody else at the register the whole time after that. We were given a family meal for dine in with no plates or utensils. We had to ask for them... Which meant waiting at the front counter for minutes until somebody noticed us. We needed lids for our cups before we left because there were none by the drink machine that fit our cups. We asked for lids for our cups, after waiting for more minutes to be noticed... A guy quickly handed is a few lids and disappeared again. They were for side dishes, not cups. So we stayed waiting at the counter again to get the right lids... hoping to be noticed by non-visible staff.... After several minutes, we just left without lids. Service was not attentive to their customers. It was also difficult to find a clean table.

Went on n to dine wanted pot pie sad had to wait 20 min the time passes get called to pick up food then told again 20 more min if I want a pot pie Murphy KFC need to do better

Tuesday's bucket - drumette sized legs instead of normal sized chicken legs. Thighs were undersized with heavy batter, overcooked and burned on one side. Not acceptable, however I didn't know til I got home. So I called corporate to no avail.

I was going for a job interview. Did get the job but had to move 😢. But other than that. Great place to eat in takeout or delivery KFC is always amazing! If anything you're looking good then I'd eat KFC 😂 I don't know.

The value you get from a 7$ lunch meal isn’t worth the 7$. Let’s throw yesterdays food in peoples box’s and sell it to them. Disappointed in the quality of food from a place that was known for good chicken and home style fixings.

Chicken must have been cooked two weeks before I got there if you like chicken jerky this the place to go be sure to take grinder with you

I waited over 15 minutes to place my order. I had my 3 kids with me and the lady ahead of me was raising cane about the freshness of the chicken. I sat down and waited. After 15 minutes, I got up to order and no one came to the counter. I got my toddler, and 5 year old and my 7 year old and we went to zaxbys. We were served there.
The food was tasty but my experience in picking up my order was very disappointing. We waited in the car until we were informed via the app that our order was ready for pickup. I went inside and still had to wait over 18 minutes for them to hand me my food.
Great experience like always.
Order the double dunk it bucket and waited 15 minutes then they tell me that they don’t have tenders and then asked if they could do nuggets instead and they told me no and one worker told me it was going to be another 25 minutes for tenders and after speaking with the manager she the told me that it was going to be an hour for the tenders and then said she can only give me a refund then told this older lady that was waiting on food that she will give her anything for her wait
Corporate needs to reduce sodium in the breading mix. The manager I spoke with was sympathetic. I know she can not change this issue on her own merit. But I'm sure she would if she could. It's a shame they have all that wasted space where a fully stocked and many choices of condiments are available. Thank you.
