I waited over 15 minutes to place my order. I had my 3 kids with me and the lady ahead of me was raising cane about the freshness of the chicken. I sat down and waited. After 15 minutes, I got up to order and no one came to the counter. I got my toddler, and 5 year old and my 7 year old and we went to zaxbys. We were served there.

The food was tasty but my experience in picking up my order was very disappointing. We waited in the car until we were informed via the app that our order was ready for pickup. I went inside and still had to wait over 18 minutes for them to hand me my food.

Order the double dunk it bucket and waited 15 minutes then they tell me that they don’t have tenders and then asked if they could do nuggets instead and they told me no and one worker told me it was going to be another 25 minutes for tenders and after speaking with the manager she the told me that it was going to be an hour for the tenders and then said she can only give me a refund then told this older lady that was waiting on food that she will give her anything for her wait

Corporate needs to reduce sodium in the breading mix. The manager I spoke with was sympathetic. I know she can not change this issue on her own merit. But I'm sure she would if she could. It's a shame they have all that wasted space where a fully stocked and many choices of condiments are available. Thank you.

Overall pretty good. I use their online app to place my order while sitting in the store for pickup it went pretty smooth. I'd go back.

Had a late dinner last night at the KFC. I got the three piece and my daughter got the 5 piece. For both orders the chicken was cooked to perfection. Crunchy outside, tender juicy inside. It was so good!!! Found out when I complimented the staff that “Storm” had cooked it. Murphy KFC, you’d better give that boy a raise! He makes the Colonel proud!

Went to Bk 7 cars in line and decided to go to kfc with 1 car in line. Ordered 1 chicken little meal and one chicken sandwich meal. Paid and was told 3 min for fries is 12 01pm , 12 20pm stll waiting. Went there cause i figured it would be quick. The car in front was still waiting. Gotta fix this, or your business will slowly fail. People there were very polite .
Very disorganized. MGMT rude to other staff and customers. Treating both as inconveniences.

I will not come back here.. the floors were sticky, the soda machines were broken, the chicken was hard...not crispy...just hard. I've never been a big KFC fan...and this visit, (though I've never been to this one until today) reminded me of why I'm not a fan.
