If I could give less stars I would. The customer service was horrific. At first they asked me if I had wanted crispy or original chicken and I had wanted crispy. Her response was “it’s gonna take awhile for crispy, can’t you take original”. Then I had pulled up and wanted to just add french fries to my order and they obviously had a problem with it because they threw my food down after grabbing my card out of my hand and slamming the window in front of my face. I usually do not leave reviews but it was absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be back, as my son says “sorry not sorry”.

Bird was good. No longer offers a military discount. Which is a great disappointment. Too many restaurants are pulling back from that lunch.Overbaked Biscuit. Very dry. So Biscuit crumbled as I tried to put the fake butter spread on it

I am 35 weeks pregnant and was craving KFC, so my fiancé ordered us the chicken meal bucket to share and eat over the week. I was very disappointed in the quality. The biscuits were hard and the macaroni was old. Shortly after eating the food me and my fiancé got food poisoning. It sucks because we had to throw everything out. A big waste of money.

For starters, it's dirty inside. Secondly, I stated I wanted combo 13 to the blond at the restaurant, and she rang me up the number 1. She asked me if it was spicy or classic, and I said classic.she had an attitude the whole time and seemed like she only cared about her friends working in the back. I had to repeat multiple times what I had said for my other orders as well. To top it off, when it started getting hectic, they started verbally arguing about not having the product cooked. They need to get their act together in that kitchen. I will say though that I will be opening my options up to the chicken choices and that the food was good!

Food was good and fresh but the person who was taking my order seemed like she was tweaked out on something she kept cutting me off when I tried to place my order until she finally got it rung in idk what happened to KFC used to be a good place with friendly people but now it seems like they just hire anyone that walks through the door the Colonel would probably roll over in his grave if he knew how this place is being ran

I order through through the app 4 hours before I picked it up. When I arrived, I went through the drive thru and my order wasn't ready. The manager came to the window and I explained that I ordered ahead of time, because I had dinner plans with family and needed to be on time. He said he would make it personally right then, to pull up and it would be right out. 10 minutes went by and it never came. I went inside to wait. Q girl that worked there was carrying 2 bags of food out. I told her what I was waiting on and she said it wasn't mine. Turns out one of the bags wad mine! It went out to another customer and they brought it back. They have me the food anyway. They were honest that it was in another customers hands. The manager was very nice, but did not take care of me the way he should have and didn't follow through with what he said he was going to do. I waited for a total of 30 minutes and my wife and I decided to throw the food away because it went to another customer's vehicle.I haven't had a chance to write this review or ask for the refund.Do better KFC!

Very disappointed. I only order original dark meat chicken. I order, I pay, they don't hav r any prepared. I ordered the 3 piece but got charged for the four piece. I asked for the manager and asked for my money back. I used my debit card. Three weeks now and still have not gotten my money returned. Will not be back to the KFC in Murphy NC.

We went through the drive through and the woman taking our order was nothing but hateful. When we pulled up I asked to have a second to look at the menu and she proceeded to sit there and keep asking what we want. When I got to the window to pay I forgot to ask for no gravy on my mashed potatoes and she rolled her eyes when I said it. They then made us move up even though there wasn’t anyone else in the line before or after us.
