We do recommend the Chophouse; however, something is different lately. Tonight was the first time that the hostess named Faye, wasn't friendly or welcoming. Actually, she was rude. Made reservations and we arrived a bit early so we asked if we could sit at the bar until our table was ready. She said "No". (nobody was at the bar).. We stood and waited patiently. When we were seated, we sat 15 minutes before anyone greeted us or offered water. Finally, a sweet young lady came over and asked if we'd been greeted yet. We told her no, so she said that she would help us until our server could get to us. Server never came, so she ended up taking us. Three of the four meals were delicious. Our advice to the owners - move Faye to the back of the house and hire more servers. Our advice to guests - visit them during low traffic times.

We always enjoy our experience at Murphy's Chophouse. Seth and I seek out places with outdoor dining and this is one of our favorite local spots! Shamil and Kimberly were amazing last night serving us and making sure we were taken care of. Thanks guys!!

We’ve been 5 times since moving here last July. The first time was good, then it went downhill from there. Our final straw was for our anniversary. My sweet husband had called several days before and made arrangements to have some flowers delivered and placed on our table and there was supposed to be a bottle of wine waiting when we got there. The place was all but empty and when we got there the flowers were placed on probably one of the worst tables in the whole entire place. There was no one and we waited almost 10 minutes for anyone to come over and ask us if we wanted to drink. It all went downhill from there, service was horrible, the prime rib was completely full of fat and you couldn’t even eat it. It was so nasty. Food came out cold and staff was not very personable. That was our last time going.

2nd time we came in. Still disappointed. steak was not cooked correctly, hard to chew. For a chophouse, I expected more. Spinach salad was just ok. dressing needed more flavor. Onion soup lacked flavor. Waitress was slow, forgot a few things we asked for. Took my ice tea that I was still drinking. Tried to hurry us out. It's a shame. Very convenient, but won't be back.

A group of 22 women held our annual Christmas Party on Sunday, Dec 1st. The service was excellent. Our server was Jessica and she was more than 5 stars. Everyone was pleased with their food. I would request Jessica again.
This experience was so helpful as we were traveling! We ordered Thanksgiving dinner for a family of 20, we ordered three meals! The food was plentiful and made dinner so easy! We did have to add some additional seasoning to the green beans and the sweet potatoes but the turkey was moist and the dessert was probably the best we have ever had! Thank you for making this time for family and less stress in the kitchen! We will definitely order again!
