So’s Good Kitchen is not so good. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, chicken and broccoli, and 2 things of chicken fried rice. The chicken and broccoli had a really powdery taste to it, almost like the sauce was a quick mix. The sweet and sour chicken was cold and looked as if it was cooked earlier on and then refried right as we ordered it. The sweet and sour sauce also has bell pepper and pineapple in it, which normally it does not and they failed to tell me that it now has extra additives and I am highly allergic to bell pepper. The chicken and rice was the only thing that wasn’t terrible. There overall customer service was crappy, when I got home and found the bell peppers I called to tell them about it and the worker wanted to tell me that I should’ve asked them what was in the sweet and sour sauce, well last time I checked there should be no additives in sweet and sour sauce. He also proceeded to tell me that I should’ve told them I had an allergy but what I was eating shouldn’t have even had bell peppers. This is definitely NOT “so good,” and I will NEVER be coming back.

I moved to Franklin North Carolina 2 years ago and have NOT been able to find a restaurant anywhere within 100 miles that knows how to make a proper Kung Pao chicken dish. So Good's absolutely knocks it out of the park!!!!!
