While I had a bad experience over at the arcade area earlier with being shorted winning tickets, I wanted to at least make a good review where it was due. I special ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch normally a frappe but I requested it to be in an iced coffee form instead. The barista said sure and made it for me better than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. Just wanted to say thank you for turning my frown into a smile for a moment.

This place closes at random times when they're supposed to still be open, like 3pm on a tuesday, so if you place a mobile order it'll still charge you but they won't make your drink. The app won't let you cancel or put in an issue with the order so you'll lose your money unless you get lucky escalating the problem with starbucks or to your bank.

I have to give a shout out to Jared and his teammates! Me and my girlfriends was having a night out and they had us laughing so hard. They also introduced us to the Caramel Apple Spice, no coffee, but with a taste of fall like that who needs coffee! They were absolutely fabulous and we hope to see them smiling faces when we come back from Connecticut!
Laura and her teammates always remember my name, even though I'm rarely there more than 4-5 times a year, at 6 a.m.! Often have excellent suggestions for non caffeine drinks in thw afternoon. Fast, courteous service.

Wife tried to use her (free Danish) birthday credit (that STARBUCKS actually sent her) at this location and they wouldn't accept it, even though we were spending $30 on other stuff. smh
