They were rude.
I walked into the restaurant and no one was there. Waited for a couple of minutes and a young lady came out. Barely spoke! She made the sandwich then a young man came from the back and asked about my second sandwich. He piled all of the food items in the middle of the sandwich and seemed to be in a terrible rush. (I was the only customer) No thank you or have a good day. The girl rang up my order and nothing from her. Both all but ran to the back room.

I'm leaving this place. I had to eat in the car. Although the restaurant closes at 9 pm, they don't allow you to use their chairs and tables after 7:30 pm. The guys who work there are very willing to serve you. The staff is racist and serves reluctantly. I will never return to this place again in my life.

I have eaten here multiple times in the last 2 years, the staff is always rude, and act like they are miserable at work. Also it's just dead silent in the restaurant which is odd. I give all 1 starts because it would be hard to mess up a meatball sub since all they have to do is put the sauce/meatballs on the sub. All other subways in the area are nice, and happy to serve you. Not this one.

The employee serving us was very rude about a miscommunication that could've and should've been approached cordially and customer service-ly. Instead, we were treated in a rude, demanding, and overall unpleasant manner. On a personal level, it honestly ruined my meal.

I don’t understand how incompetent you have to be to make a sandwich. Stood there for 10 minutes as both workers were just looking at us, finally takes our order and you can’t even hear her. Only puts toppings on one sandwich and tries to wrap the other one up without even asking if we wanted anything on it. Proceeded to get drinks and cookies and didn’t even give us the cookies. It’s just a shame

I think the Walmart Subway needs to train its employees better. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude. I asked for more dressing for my salad and she responded quite rudely that they cannot do that -I was honestly a little shocked. She said it was unsanitary. I asked what if I hold the bowl and she doesn’t touch it. Her answer was just ‘no we can’t do that.’ She didn’t try to help or come up with a different solution. I asked to speak to her manager. She said her manager wasn’t there and she didn’t appreciate me bringing up her manager. Wow! Worst customer service I have had in a long time. I hardly ever post negative reviews but this was a bit much. Finally my husband suggested she put it in a separate container. If she was actually willing to help we could avoided all that and worked together. Just really bad customer service training. I managed a retail store for many years and I can’t imagine any of my employees acting this way.

Ok I get they are trying their best but it’s stupid to have your meatballs still frozen and not in a warm well, it took twice as long as it should take to make one sandwich. It’s almost like they weren’t trained. I guess management needs to do better. The poor kids making sandwiches must not have been 16
Slowest subway I have ever been to. By the time they finished my husbands sandwhich after mine my meatballs were cold and they toated them....
Customer service was great. I got a salad, and it tasted good. My only complaint was that Subway used to finely chop their salads into a bowl, but they do not do that any more. As a result, it is a step down in previous quality. They also do not have gluten free buns.

Food and service were as good as any Subway I been to. Well staffed with friendly people that knew what they were doing and the restaurant was clean. Not sure why the reviews are kind of low.
