Food was ok. But what service? Since Taco Bell decided to eliminate the cashier's in lieu of kiosks, there is no longer customer service. Additionally, they don't clean the dinning room, because they never see it anymore. This is a small dining room also, only a few tables

Yall need to work on customer service. My husband ordered 4 quesadillas. Ordered the first time on the pointless kiosk. The sauces were meant to be on the side. I go in to get the sides of quesadilla sauce that my husband RIGHTFULLY paid for. I go back in to get the sauces and the lady running back and forth said you will have to pay for it well we did already on the kiosk . Then I nicely said so you are telling me I can not get one side of sauce. And the manager mumbled sure if you pay for it. We can’t even order in person any more what a joke. I worked in restaurants for ten years and I have never treated a customer in that way. Sorry Taco Bell you have lost my business! I finally got ONE side of sauce after waiting 15 minutes for the lady to keep walking back and forth between the line and the front register. Not everybody is equipped to use those stupid kiosks. I feel sorry for an elderly person to try to use your system because y’all refuse to take orders at the front.

Food was delicious and correct even though my order was a bit unconventional and had a bit of customization. Drive thru worker (I didn't get his name) was friendly and fast. Honestly this Taco Bell has more correct portions than 99 percent of other Taco Bells I have visited. I used to be a GM of Taco Bells in Indiana and you can absolutely tell this is a well run store

Let me start by saying that the employees were fantastic, very nice and the restaurant was very clean. This is one of these new Taco bells and there are four kiosks for you to order from. There is no menu to browse. You have to do it on the kiosk which is fine with me. But I talked to one of the employees and he said their district or regional manager whoever's in charge of this store discourages and monitors and reprimands employees for taking customers orders. This manager supervisor over the store and probably many others is discouraging interaction between employees and customers. If you are uncomfortable with this type of setup which I know many people are, I would avoid this Taco Bell. If anything, just to protest this manager. Reprimanding employees who are trying to help customers order.
