Food was ok. But what service? Since Taco Bell decided to eliminate the cashier's in lieu of kiosks, there is no longer customer service. Additionally, they don't clean the dinning room, because they never see it anymore. This is a small dining room also, only a few tables
Food was delicious and correct even though my order was a bit unconventional and had a bit of customization. Drive thru worker (I didn't get his name) was friendly and fast. Honestly this Taco Bell has more correct portions than 99 percent of other Taco Bells I have visited. I used to be a GM of Taco Bells in Indiana and you can absolutely tell this is a well run store
Let me start by saying that the employees were fantastic, very nice and the restaurant was very clean. This is one of these new Taco bells and there are four kiosks for you to order from. There is no menu to browse. You have to do it on the kiosk which is fine with me. But I talked to one of the employees and he said their district or regional manager whoever's in charge of this store discourages and monitors and reprimands employees for taking customers orders.
