UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Harrah's Cherokee Valley River

I just want to thank the staff at UltraStar Bowling Alley in the Casino in Murphy for making my son’s 4th birthday so special!! Hannah and her staff were nothing short of AMAZING!!! I do not mean that lightly and I’m usually not one to leave reviews but we were treated so so good I have been telling everyone how amazing they were! Everything was perfect and they were SO attentive. We felt wanted and genuinely cared for there! Not only did their staff treat us well but so did the lading Cafe! They brought over a slice of delicious cake with a lot candle for our little guy. It was incredibly thoughtful. Overall just an amazing experience and a great evening there all around! HUGE Thanks again to Hannah and her staff as well as the landing cafe staff (I didn’t catch their names I wish I had!! I believe they were both managers of the Cafe!) THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE FOR THEIR HOSPITALITY!!!! ♥️

Fun, family friendly, food, and drinks.

Because Google had the wrong time my family of five (3 children) got here an hour early. Other than that it's been fun.

Exactly 6 of the arcade games were broken with no posted sign. Went to play the walking dead and the trigger was broken and they refunded that but said they can’t fix it. 3 more machines broke while playing and they said I should of looked through the arcade before I bought a card.

We really enjoyed our night of bowling here. You can choose different themes on the screen for scoring. We looked the cartoon one.

The man at the desk was really great. The latest time you can get a lane is 9:15 and it’s first come first served.

Fun family outing for all of us even the littles loved it. They had stands to help them with the balls. Also rails that popped up to keep their balls from going into the gutter. We had a great time!!

Great place everyone is super friendly

We had a very large multiple lanes group of all ages from 8 to 80 and the staff was so nice and helpful. The staff was so great to our entire party. Especially a worker named Angel. ??? The whole staff and experience was amazing because of how they accomdated us. This was at the Valley River Casino.

Friendly staff and great entertainment. The facility is very clean, and the staff are on top of ensuring iT stays that way.

I'm pretty disappointed that there's no flexibility in the $30 per hour bowling lane rate on a Sunday afternoon. I am a dad with a 4-year-old daughter who wants to bowl and I just can't do $30 for half a game of bowling. Management doesn't seem to be empowered to differ from anything on their POS system. I hope they will find some flexibility to offer family entertainment for local folks as well as out of towners spending big cash. $30 is no big deal for two families getting together on a lane, but currently there's only one lane out of all of them occupied and I don't have another family in mind to hang out with right now.

The only negative thing I can say about this place is that the entrance area is full of cigarette smoke. Fortunately, the bowling lanes are far enough away to not smell it. Fabulous newish lanes with a huge variety of organized balls. The shoes are slightly uncomfortable, but that’s not unusual. They have a bar in the bowling alley. Everyone is very pleasant. I look forward to going there again and again.

They closed the arcade at 10. The machines shut down automatically.

Nice place to unwind

We tried the bowling last year and the pool table this year for our trip to Murphy. We went both times in the evening during the week and had a great time. Not crowded and friendly staff.
