immediately after walking in it seemed like the server was stressed with a whopping three tables (including us). Server was nice at first, but after we corrected her mistake on OUR order she turned sour, the cook has a staring problem and made myself and my fiance uncomfortable, then the cook and the server went to the back to talk shit about our table as if we weren’t right there. if i could leave no stars i would, waffle house is a low bar, but my god did they set the bar in hell.

Nice employees food was good but I had to eat my food in the car because it was so cold in there. They do not have heat and it’s 19° outside and to me that is truly insane as to why waffle House would not have heat. that needs to be fixed not only for the customers, but for your employees as well.

Awesome service at the Murphy NC Waffle House. We’ve eaten here on a previous motorcycle trip to the Smokies and looked forward to eating here again. No one does hash browns like WH.

👎🤢🤮THIS PLACE HAS BUGS.... There were ants on the table that me and my friend sat down to eat at. The table was sticky and I had to ask my server for a wet rag to wipe it up. Waffle House is usually a good place to eat but this location is just plain disgusting which is why there's a bug problem.

Another great Waffle House. We came here twice on our honeymoon. The food was great and service even better. Food was out quickly and drinks refilled well before they ran out every time. Thanks for a great experience!
