Britney was our cook and she was amazing!!!! Hot food, came out quickly and cooked perfectly with a smile! We got two waffles and a grit bowl, all the waffle houses near me don’t have anything on the one in Murphy! Can’t wait to come back :)

The worst waffle I have ever tasted. It was flat as a thin pancake and soggy with oil. The biscuits were also unedible.

Came in 3/14/25 after a full day of home renovations and were served right away, the cook and server were both very friendly, and our meals were both perfect. My husband is very picky about breakfast. He told me to give a big tip they deserve it. I did I was very happy with everything this was my first time at this waffle house and I was impressed. We will be back often❤️🙏

We went in, waited 15 mins for them to clean a table that was dirty when we got there, they did acknowledge it needed cleaning, didn't clear it off though. The two available seats at bar, but teenage girl had her feet on it. While we were two other groups gave up waiting on them to clear table. No wonder waffle king stays so busy.

In regards to Waffle House in Murphy NC. Once seated at table against cooks; was in the process of ordering when a bunch of small roaches swarmed the table and bench! We got up and left immediately!
