Things are a bit hard to find at the present due to remodeling but what has been done looks so much better. The new merchandise lines are awesome!! The ladies at the customer service are so nice and friendly. Looking forward to the remodel to be finished and I can learn where everything is located.

I am disabled and have gone to Walmart 7 times in the past 3 weeks and had to leave each time. No riding shopping carts. I am now having to go to Ingles instead which I would rather not since they are more expensive. Buy more riding carts if you care about your disabled customers.

This Wal-Mart is pretty much what every Wal-Mart I've been into for the past 40 years. Ironically, probably the BEST Walmart I've ever been to ANYWHERE in my opinion just happens to be the one outside of Blairsville. Now THAT Manager runs a tight ship. The store always looks clean, and the associates working there will take you to the aisle of an item you are searching for, and guess what? They usually have inventory. Wow, what a concept! This store should not only be their model store, but all managers at other stores should be trained by this person.

Terrible experience. I went in for a few things. Door says mask required. About every other person NO MASKS and no staff enforcing.

My mother and I went to this particular Walmart today, I really wish we would have went anywhere else, you live and learn, I understand that because of Covid that only one door was open, we went in, we shopped, so far pretty non-eventful, it's when we checked out I started having a problem, you see, my mom is 82 and can't walk far, there were no electric scooters available so by the time we got all we had to get, she was pretty tired, I tried to find a cashier that was open but all were on the opposite end of the store, at the door that they are using for emergencies only, my mother couldnt have walked all the way to that end, then out the opposite end of the building , then to the car, this makes no sense as to why they didn't have cashier's closer to the only door. So I went through the self checkout, it of course couldn't accept checks and wouldn't accept cash. Very frustrating, one of our items rang up wrong, pushed the button for help, the employee Evelyn came to help, I explained that the item was ringing up wrong, she was a little snippy, she walked off and didn't complete her part of adjusting the price, I called her back over, she said to me, What Now? ... I understand Covid has everyone up in arms but that was just rude, and why is all the cashier's at the end of the store that you can't get out, unless it's an emergency, and there wasn't but about two down there, so basically I am doing these cashier's job, I don't mind but they need to start paying me, so many people out of work, hire some cashier's, and then to have their employee be so hateful.. I won't be back.

Back at Walmart yesterday, and I will say that the shelves were more stocked and they were only out of a few items that I needed. What I would ask Walmart managers to do is go across the street to Walgreens or Lowe's and see how these businesses are helping customers physically distance themselves from one another. It appears that Walmart shoppers either don't care of don't know how to do this. The check out counters are the worst; even if you try to distance yourself from another customer, they come right up behind you without a care in the world. Several times while shopping, I had to wait in aisles by the bread/freezer area and eggs, so shoppers could stand there and carry on conversations, blocking the aisles for other shoppers. Very rude.

Bring car in for a tire that's going flat.....taking others who came after me first. Love this place, not really. We need more choices in our rural community!

Best store in the area! It's one of the best walmart's I've ever been into. Everyone is so kind, polite, and very quick!

It takes an hour and a half to get an oil change here. Skip this hole and go to the quick lube in town. This place blows. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was fired from this store yesterday for teasing a customer about using a fishing pole to ward off a bear. A lady in line got mad and called in crying said I offended her. If hunting and fishing is so offensive then why the hell live in the southeast we hunt and fish here. That same day I was told to turn in my discount card I had 2 managers Jimmy and Shawn try to gang up on me like usual and they got real nice when they saw my cousin was with me. This store uses intimidation to bully there employees.

Ok I admit we all have to go here eventually but I've made if a conscious effort to not return. I only come here for diapers and wipes because you can get the giant box here. Anywhere else is better period! Just yesterday I was on my way to check out at Ingles and the manager opened up 4 checkouts because it was busy. Now that's customer service Walmart!

I only shop here out of necessity. If there were any other store I would most definitely shop there first. Very few of the employees are friendly and willing to help. They seem to rarely stock the shelves as they will be out of something for weeks. They carry items for a few months then stop completely. I would rather not come here.

I don't even want to give 1 star to this Walmart, but to get this posted I think I have to at least post 1. Customer service does not exist! I went in to send money to my son via Money Gram. I live 45 minutes from town. Therefore it's a 90 minute ride round trip. The "customer service" representative told me to send it Walmart to Walmart because it was less expensive then (Money Gram). I explained that my son was on the road traveling & that he needed gas once he got to the state of Louisiana. I asked her several times if he would be able to get the money. She insisted there would be no problem. I asked again & I told her he had his (3) year old daughter in the car & I was concerned that there would be a problem, but she insisted "NO PROBLEM" She mumbled something about 11:00 p.m. WRONG! My son called a Walmart off of I10 & they told him they closed at 9:00 p.m. As I mentioned, I live 45 minutes away & there's no cell service. Once I got home my son called me to tell me, they were CLOSED. So I called the Murphy Walmart to ask them to transfer the Walmart wire to Money Gram which was what I had wanted to do in the first place. The woman that insisted There would be no problem, told me that there was nothing she could do unless I went back there to sign paper work. I tried to explained that I had just walked in the door & driving another 90 minutes there & back wasn't an option. I could hear her in the back ground telling someone it was her fault, that she told me to do Walmart to Walmart. At least she stepped up, but, her hands were tied. She put me on hold & some other woman that was there also decides to get on the phone & tell me it was my fault & she heard the woman ask me several times if I was sure that I wanted to send it Walmart to Walmart. BIG LIAR! She was trying to cover for the woman that convinced me that "ALL" Walmart's would be able to handle the transaction regardless of what time they got there. Besides, she was blabbing on the phone so there was no way she could have heard the conversation I had with the clerk. Then a store "Manager" got on the phone & insisted nothing could be done. After I pleaded with him, he made a phone call to a Walmart off of I-10 but that was no where near them. Then he stopped answering my call. I guess I should have realized, if Walmart doesn't care about their employeesI can't even give 1 star to this Walmart. Customer service does not exist! Never enough people working! Lines are ALWAYS 6-9 people long! Ask for help, you might as well be talking to a brick wall. Some of the people are very helpful, but 99% of the workers, mainly the Managers, will not help you in any way! Rude as well, just not a good shopping enviorment!
