Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went tonight, got the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. Asked to move up after sitting in drive thru for a good amount of time. They bring it out and I can literally smell the burn in the bread. Opened and the flat bread was burned. Took it back inside and the manager said and I quote: we haven't forgot about you. The 1st one come out was burnt and we weren't going to send that to you. To which i responded YOU DID she said did we? Yes you did but now I know what you so long. Did finally get it 17 minutes later and it is pretty good.

Waited over 20 minutes for my food in the drive thru, had to go inside and ask about it to get it.. it was just sitting on the counter and cold

The absolute worst experience ever! We had a group of 10 people and we all got sick from there. When we first got there the smell of inside the building was nasty as all get out. The bathrooms were disgusting as well. We stood at the counter with them just looking at us for 5 minutes as if they was annoyed they had a big group of people come inside. After ordering an over $60 meal, she didn't give us our cups and we asked her for them and she ignored us and started with someone else's order! We stood there waiting and waiting. Then we get some of our food(our daughter's) it was 5 boneless wings that was supposed to have BBQ sauce on them but didn't. I walked back up there with the food and she looked at me and looked away. When she did acknowledge us she was very ill and took it and handed it back to the cooks. They put the BBQ on them and sat them back up in the window and it sat there for another 5 mins before the person that was ordering told her she needed to go ahead and give us our food back because it's sitting there ready. We also ordered 2 frozen strawberry lemonades and we had to tell her 3 times we didn't get them. Then she made them wrong and got mad she had to remake them! It was an absolute mess all around! Then when we finally sat down to eat the food was halfway cold and the chicken was chewy and disgusting. Every single one of us had diarrhea and puking after eating there! I WILL NEVER be back.

Zaxby spent millions of dollars advertising their 1/2 off milkshakes promotion. There is a large sign along hwy 64. Milkshakes 50% off.
Don't bother.... when you wait in line 5 minutes the girl says, ya...our milkshake machine is still broken.
If your not wanting to offer the milkshake promotion....and the machine is broken. CHANGE THE SIGN!
Don't gave me waste my time.... left pissed. Now at Waffle House few doors down.. No milkshakes here either.... but at least the service is better.

Slow getting order. Even salad park and wait

this place is disgusting. food was cold salad is wilted.
not only that but you watch the crew playing around yelling and just not doing there job. to be honest the first thing you see when you pull in the parking lot is a grown crew member playing kissie face with a teenage girl. and yes this man looked like he was in his 60s kissing a teenage girl. so disgusting. please corporate due something about your store before it is turned into a strip club.

They food always makes me sick and on the toilet for 2 hours

Been here for work for the past month. Have ate here maybe 4 times. Every single time something was wrong or missing. Most incompetent staff ive ever seen in my life. Literally have to make sure i have 4 things fries, toast, chicken, sauce... is it that hard? Do better

Man this was a clean Zaxby's 👌.. Walked in and I believe they was sister's or that's what I thought they said... LoL. Anywho it was good service and these new taco's were pretty tasty for it being a chicken place... 👍👍

Just tried the tacos here. They were great but the highlight was watching Mike work 2 registers so that the lines moved quicker. So refreshing to see an employee care enough to make extra effort.

Ordered 10 traditional wings that cost over $18, they did not have 10 wings cooked so I agreed to 5 traditional and 5 no bone, all of it was cold dried nasty crap, I mention 3 times I needed ranch, that's right you guessed it they didn't put ranch in the bag, those dried crusted ball of crap really could have used some moisture... Won't eat hear again, I will never be so lazy again to pay over $18 for this trash.
