Waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken even though 3 different employees were walking around up front. They were more worried about what time employees were leaving and ringing up employees before customers. One of the employees was also a manager.

Cold food 4 People just talking about 2 on there phone and only 1 working so I tiped the one working 100$ and it took 1 hour for the food

Chicken was great but they are seriously understaffed. The online order was submitted 14 minutes earlier but was not in their system until after I arrived? Weird.

What a terrible experience. We like the food a lot. But customer service is terrible. Two weeks ago we placed an online order for chicken finger platter for my grandma’s after funeral reception. We placed it 48 hours in advance. The day we were to pick up, we called when on way. Good thing we did. They had no order for us. I had email with confirmation and everything. After what seemed like forever, they finally found online order but said it was ‘buried’ and they would start preparing right away. But if we would have called, wouldn’t have had our order… wait.. it gets better…
Tonight. My mom drives to Zaxbys to pick up a salad for us for dinner. Drives all the way home. Wrong salad. The ticket had our correct order on bag, but not right salad. So I called. Female manager gets on phone. NOT ONE ‘IM SORRY’! Just that I can come pick up the right one, they would have it ready. So I drive all the way back and go thru drive thru. It’s ready. But the girl at window just hands it me and shuts the window. Again, no, ‘I’m so sorry’ or even, ‘have a good night.’ Literally just shuts the window. Well now I’m just super ticked. I haven’t been the entire time. So I call and a worker answers the phone. I told her (very politely, no faul language and even told her it’s not her fault) that it would have been nice for someone to just say, ‘we’re sorry.’ Yall, she just sat on the phone in SILENCE. Never said a word. Hahahahhahhahha! I was thinking I must be in twilight zone. Nope, just in a place with terrible customer service, no manners, and terrible work ethic. Stinks tho, love them fried onions and wimpy sauce…

I go there for the Chicken Tacos. They're delicious! I've gotten to try the Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce and one of the best desserts in town!

ordered a 10 piece got an 8 piece very disappointed dry looks like cause was bearly put on the chicken always having problem at this location i pay for my food it should be right guess they can't count to ten

I stopped by to get something quick to eat for my wife and I at Zaxby’s in Murphy, NC, but after more than 30 minutes of waiting for my “fast food” order at 9:05 pm, I left hungry and trying to understand how the company and employees could be satisfied with their performance. I will not be back to any Zaxby’s as the priority is not customer service.

Ordered our food online shown up food wasnt ready was told to park at curbside waited for 30 mins!!!! Food did not come out went back threw drive threw and my food was bagged up on back of counter when we opened it all the food was soggy.. and the girl on drive threw was rude!!! Never eat at this establishment worst zaxbys ever

We ordered 2 Bleu Zalads and 20 wings plus 2 drinks - We spent over 65.00 on our visit there but it took the front staff 3 times to get it right- we had three other people around us that had the same problems as we had - there was no apology for the confusion nor for the inconvenience - I understand it’s hard finding help but there needs to be some kind of training and understanding of checking for correctness on orders before delivering to the customers - that’s what good management does! The quality of the food was great - kudos to the kitchen staff!
