I stopped by to get something quick to eat for my wife and I at Zaxby’s in Murphy, NC, but after more than 30 minutes of waiting for my “fast food” order at 9:05 pm, I left hungry and trying to understand how the company and employees could be satisfied with their performance. I will not be back to any Zaxby’s as the priority is not customer service.

Ordered our food online shown up food wasnt ready was told to park at curbside waited for 30 mins!!!! Food did not come out went back threw drive threw and my food was bagged up on back of counter when we opened it all the food was soggy.. and the girl on drive threw was rude!!! Never eat at this establishment worst zaxbys ever

We ordered 2 Bleu Zalads and 20 wings plus 2 drinks - We spent over 65.00 on our visit there but it took the front staff 3 times to get it right- we had three other people around us that had the same problems as we had - there was no apology for the confusion nor for the inconvenience - I understand it’s hard finding help but there needs to be some kind of training and understanding of checking for correctness on orders before delivering to the customers - that’s what good management does! The quality of the food was great - kudos to the kitchen staff!

Waited 20+ minutes for a large fry. Saw 5-6 kids up front and went I asked where my food was someone finally went to the back to drop fries in the fryer. The younger of the two managers was very sweet and offered me a refund. when I finally got my food tho you could taste the burnt oil from dirty fryers, won’t Be by Zaxbys again for my late night snack lol. I used to work at Zaxbys and can’t believe there was so many workers, no orders but mine, and such bad quality food.

I love Zaxby's. But this place repeatly messes up your order. Then are very rude when you bring it up to their attention. Owners don't care about your satisfaction either. Zaxby's really needs to take this franchise from the owners.

Went tonight, got the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. Asked to move up after sitting in drive thru for a good amount of time. They bring it out and I can literally smell the burn in the bread. Opened and the flat bread was burned. Took it back inside and the manager said and I quote: we haven't forgot about you. The 1st one come out was burnt and we weren't going to send that to you. To which i responded YOU DID she said did we? Yes you did but now I know what you so long. Did finally get it 17 minutes later and it is pretty good.

Waited over 20 minutes for my food in the drive thru, had to go inside and ask about it to get it.. it was just sitting on the counter and cold

The absolute worst experience ever! We had a group of 10 people and we all got sick from there. When we first got there the smell of inside the building was nasty as all get out. The bathrooms were disgusting as well. We stood at the counter with them just looking at us for 5 minutes as if they was annoyed they had a big group of people come inside. After ordering an over $60 meal, she didn't give us our cups and we asked her for them and she ignored us and started with someone else's order! We stood there waiting and waiting. Then we get some of our food(our daughter's) it was 5 boneless wings that was supposed to have BBQ sauce on them but didn't. I walked back up there with the food and she looked at me and looked away. When she did acknowledge us she was very ill and took it and handed it back to the cooks. They put the BBQ on them and sat them back up in the window and it sat there for another 5 mins before the person that was ordering told her she needed to go ahead and give us our food back because it's sitting there ready. We also ordered 2 frozen strawberry lemonades and we had to tell her 3 times we didn't get them. Then she made them wrong and got mad she had to remake them! It was an absolute mess all around! Then when we finally sat down to eat the food was halfway cold and the chicken was chewy and disgusting. Every single one of us had diarrhea and puking after eating there! I WILL NEVER be back.

Zaxby spent millions of dollars advertising their 1/2 off milkshakes promotion. There is a large sign along hwy 64. Milkshakes 50% off.
Don't bother.... when you wait in line 5 minutes the girl says, ya...our milkshake machine is still broken.
If your not wanting to offer the milkshake promotion....and the machine is broken. CHANGE THE SIGN!
Don't gave me waste my time.... left pissed. Now at Waffle House few doors down.. No milkshakes here either.... but at least the service is better.
