Fabulous dining experience at the NEW location! Catch of the day-seared swordfish was excellent...night 2 was blackened Mahi BLT...FRIENDS ate frog legs, steak, skewerd shrimp on salad. All while listening to great live music. Wait staff was VERY attentive and super friendly.
Always a great experience. Especially love the seafood bouillabaisse! Save the Parmesan cheese bread until the end. I dunk it in the broth and cut with a knife and fork.
Nice new location on the bypass. Big front porch with seating and a swing. The big backyard has hammocks, jumbo genga set, tether ball, corn hole boards, and chairs. You won't get bored while you wait for a table.Service was good, food was alright. They sell nice t-shirts and hats too.Parking: Nice new parkingKid-friendliness: A swing on the front porch, Tether ball, jumbo Jenga, hammocks, and cron hole games set up in the spacious backyard area.

Very popular restaurant in the area. I found it a bit pricy for the quality of the food and portion sizes. I had sesame crusted tuna which was good however the vegetables seemed like a frozen mix and the rice served was over sauced. Underwhelming for a $31 entree Burgers were good.

Just 2 of us for dinner so we were promptly seated at the bar (also had a big community table available) and avoided the hour wait for a table. Fast friendly service. We shared the scallops and shrimp & grits. Both very delicious. Scallops were exceptional.

Great restaurant ? We highly recommend! Great out door area while you wait for a table or the food. Hostess ladies friendly. Our server was nice and helpful. Husband had the puppy drum aka white fish sandwich caught from the sound. Fish tacos were good. My son loved his burger and fries. I had the pulled pork and it was loaded with meat. Fries were seasoned just right.Two thumbs up!

Excellent food and service. Our party had the chicken cordon bleu, shrimp and grits, fish and chips, and the scallops appetiser. All were delicious and the entres had good portion sizes. The scallop appetiser was 4 medium scallops, tasted great but not worth the price I think.Atmosphere was your average nautical themed restaurant for the given location, very clean and well kept, but just average. The basic metal chairs, paper napkins, as well as t-shirt and jeans uniforms made me think the dinner meals should come down a few dollars but that's just an observation.Parking: Parking ALWAYS spills over to the Event Centre's lot across the street

Favorite meal of the trip! This shrimp, goat cheese appetizer was incredible! Kids loved the spaghetti & hubby liked the fish & chips! Fun area outside kids could play while waiting for the food. Super close to the dunes which we did after eating here!

In my opinion this is one of, if not the best restaurant in OBX. The food was fantastic and the service was superior. Our server Olga was just amazing and attentive. The food was on point! I ordered the Seafood Bucatini with shrimp, scallops, roasted Roma tomatoes and artichoke hearts in a pesto sauce! Out of this world delicious!My wife had the Fish and Chips platter and it was just a very amazing dish. Everything was fried to perfection. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were pleased with the food and the service. If I could give 10 stars, Blue Moon would get it hands down.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces in front, on the sides and in the rear of the restaurant.
