“We loved the new location there's definitely more ambience than the previous location. This was my husband's favorite crab cakes of all the ones he tried on vacation. I had the shrimp not a burger. The food was wonderful the service was good. We also got their cute tshirts as souvenirs.”
“After a weekend of heavy food, the acai bowls are a godsend. I definitely recommend going here and eating on the deck if the weather is nice. The view is spectacular and the food left me feeling satisfied but not overly full for a decent price. Highly recommend.”
“Always love going here for lunch. The poke bowl is the best of any I ever had. I like it so much I never change to try new things. My husband tries all of the specials and all are very good , but because of my desire of the best poke bowl, I stay with that choice. I've even eaten there days in a row but never get tired of it. The people that run it are very nice and friendly. The music is upbeat. The decore is bright and colorful. It's a small quaint place and I'm so happy I found it. The food is delicious, and fresh ... especially the Tuna. The Woo sauce is the Best!”
“Best hidden gem on the beach. DELICIOUS pizza, with a variety of sides, and the best customer service! The Greek salad is so yummy, and the bbq pizza is so unique and a family favorite. We appreciate their consistency and variety of deliciousness!! Thank you Village Pizza!”
“Got a good meal here on my last visit to the OBX. My wife loved the Jamaican Jerk chicken. I got a fish black bean burrito. Service was good. Prices are typical for the OBX”
“Arrive by 4:30 pm in order to get there for their Early Bird discount which ceases at 6pm. We enjoyed the pier area while waiting & the weather was great. We had a seating wait time of 40 min which would've been longer had we not accepted a table in the bar area. The bar atmosphere was fine & the service was good (not noisy). My wife & I both had the mahi, in which the portion size was very generous. We ultimately had enough each to take home for leftovers the next day. The service was great & the chef prepared our meal exactly as requested. We would go again.”
“With a name like that, you will be ? awesome.Awesome Fried Chicken and Biscuits. Great selection of merchandise with the name. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Please give them thanks from this Florida boy.Parking: Fill up with gas and get some great food and stuff”
“One of my favorite go to spots on the beach!! Food is always super fresh, the staff is always friendly and the restaurant is kept very clean. Excited to try out their second location that just opened!”
“This was one of the best sushi’s I’ve had in a while and I wasn’t expecting that from North Carolina. The JB roll is a must try for everyone, that’s only if you enjoy a good salmon. Miso soup is a great starter to warm up your heart and get some wholesome conversation with whoever you choose to go there with. I would also highly recommend getting some cocktails, if you are old enough ;) They were delicious and so reasonably priced. I wish I lived closer to the OBX so I could come here all the time!”
“Really need to light the outside sign. Also, don't think the name is appealing sounding. I know Italian sauce can be called “gravy “, but it's misleading to most people.”
“One of my favorite spots for breakfast at the OBX. Excellent food and service. My wife really likes the grits. Saw one of the managers cutting and sliding a piece of cardboard under a table leg to stop it from wobbling. Love that attention to detail.”
“Breakfast is my favorite meal (When it's not lunch or dinner time) ? service and food were good/great. My first visit after many years of wanting to go. Wanted to come back for the Vette show but have previous plans. Will be back to Grits Grill.”
“Was there on a busy Sunday night. Great live music. Fries, veggie burger and lager were really good. Food took only 10 minutes to arrive. Friendly bar tender. All around a great experience.”
“The service was prompt and they were all very friendly. The food came out WAY faster than I thought it would and the pizza was some of the best I've had anywhere! They've also got some nice variety between vegetarian, vegan and traditional as well as some unique options. I absolutely recommend it to anyone down here that's got a pizza craving!”
