Lovely ladies! Great cooking! Awesome prices!
I have lived here for a while and am sad to say I only recently discovered Viva. I really enjoy grabbing lunch To-go, usually a chimichanga or tacos with guac and chips. The food is light but flavorful with a truly authentic Mexican flavor. They are also very accommodating with dietary restriction, especially around lactose and my dislike of cilantro. Incase you wanted to sit for a while there’s always enough seating since most people get it to go.
Great food, Great water views. Highly recommend.

The churros are crispy and sweet. The Veggie burrito is vegan and always delicious. Everything they make is super fresh, and the staff running the restaurant are very nice.
