We absolutely love the upper deck! It has amazing views, so dog friendly and the food/drinks are amazing! We love the orange crush it’s the best drink! This is a favorite for us!
First time in Nags Head area and stopped by this cute and fun bar. We sat inside and Athena was our bartender. She is a great asset to the bar. Super friendly and makes great drinks. What a great experience thanks to her. Being a bartender myself, she gave us five star service !!! All of the staff was super friendly and they all work very hard. Loved Melinda also with her singing and sweet smile. 😊

We had our rehearsal dinner held at Mulligan’s the night before our wedding. We highly recommend to anyone looking to hold an event with extremely friendly staff & accommodating a large group! The food was fantastic & incredibly reasonably priced. Thank you Mulligans!
